Overall satisfied with this service. Only canceling due to cutting back on expenses.

They start charging you a recurring charge of $47 after you receive any promo item for but they do not at all properly inform you of this until you notice the charges on your bank statement.

The customer service representative was excellent. While I still have to wait for delivery I am sure that the
merchandise will arrive as promised. The rep even called and emailed me to keep up communications.

This company has been stealing our money. I made a purchase from this company and they enrolled us into something at 19.95 a month and have been stealing that from us every month for a while. We have received nothing from them and they have been stealing our money.

I have to agree with everyone about the mystery box. They advertise a picture of a box filled with goodies. I received a knife. That's it. That was very disappointing because I got it for my son's birthday I don't like having to explain why to my son. However they did response to my email asking for a refund or exchange

I did have a little trouble trying to figure out how to return the items I had ordered. Once I figured out how to do it I had absolutely no problems. I let Tactical Promos know that I wanted to return the item, they sent me a return label. I was able to print out and use to return the items. I’ve been told it will take a few days to process and refund. I have ordered quite a few items from Tactical Promos. They are honest trustworthy and fine items that I have ordered. I have never had a problem with them until this last order. I told customer service that I wanted to return the items and I had no problem at all. Thank you, Tactical Promos.

They have a wonderful selection of items and clothing. Shipping is quick, everything is packaged to avoid damage in transit, and the one time I had an issue they were quick to correct it, even though it was a shipping issue, not their issue.
