I order 3 tickets to visit louvre. Order #12201. I haven't received any tickets. The email I sent wasn't answered either. This is a scam.

I’ve purchased 2 tickets for Alcázar of Segovia on 26th July and til now I have not received my tickets from TicketsWorld. IT’S A SCAM!!

I bought two tickets to the Edinburg Castle and they dind’t sent it. I can’t enter into the attraction. Also, I bought to de Dublin Castle and nothing until now…

I ordered 2 tickets and didn't arrive to my mailbox. I've speak to the information reception and they said that site is a scam, don't buy from here, always from the officials

SCAM! They shouldn’t be allowed to operate. I was informed by the museum I bought tickets for that it was a scam and they’d had previous incidents with other people.

I bought 4 tickets yesterday for a 12:00 visit to the Château de Carcassonne (Order #11763) and never received them. Payment went through, but no tickets were sent. This is unacceptable. If I don’t get a refund immediately, I will report this to consumer protection services. Avoid this service – it's unreliable and unprofessional.

UPDATE:
Luckily they answered my email even on delay and they have refunded my payment. I wish they answered early and sent the tickets on time. It's a pity.
I have an Order #11277 confirmed for two tickets for the Moco Museum Amsterdam. I booked it on 7th July at 10.30pm and till now on 8th July 2pm I haven't received any tickets at all! I sent them an email immediately after my purchase telling them than on my mistake I didn't put the date and time slot, declaring to them when I wanted to use the tickets (it's for the 10th of July luckily). No answer at all. I sent them a new mail today complaining for all this, asking for a total refund. If I'm not having an answer soon, at least my tickets with the date I declared, I'm going to act legally with my bank.
They are not trustworthy. If I needed the tickets for the same date of the purchase I would have been in big trouble.
Stay away.

This company is fraudulently selling tickets to our Aquarium in Dallas. It is a scam, and should be avoided at all costs.

Scum website, no tickets, no refunds

Scam website! I booked tickets for Catedral de Sevilla and got a confirmation saying I would receive tickets in 30 mins. After this they send another emailing stating they didn’t charge the booking fee which is payable now before they send tickets and this needs to be paid per person. Does not state anything about a booking fee on their website anywhere. I have emailed them to refund me and will be raising it with bank provider if not refunded. Avoid this website!

This is such a scam website, I bought Edinburgh Castle tickets and they didn’t send me the tickets at all…and they don’t reply to your emails although I have sent 4 emails requesting for the refund.

They ruined customer’s journey and didn’t respond to customers! RUN!!

Do not use this site. I bought tickets that never arrived. I received a confirmation of the order, but not the tickets. I made sure to check my spam folder.

I bought tickets to see something in Seville. They said I’d have my tickets writhing 30 mins. 40 hours later and still nothing.
I have missed my supposedly booked visit and despite emailing four times, I’ve received nothing from them.
Don’t trust them, they are scammers.

The automatic ticket grabbing function makes it easy to lock in the favorite session. When I encountered a ticket checking problem on site, the customer service remote guidance solved it in less than five minutes. This kind of thoughtful service must be praised with five stars!

Be very careful when purchasing tickets on this platform! This morning I booked 3 tickets to visit the Alcazar in Seville; the money was withdrawn from my bank account at the time of booking. Than I received an email confirming my order and telling me that I would receive the tickets in 30 minutes. However, I did not receive any tickets in the next half an hour, but another message informing me that my order had been cancelled because the seats were no longer available, and that I would receive the value of the tickets in 5-10 days. I checked the platform again and there were and are still tickets available for the day and time I had booked. I am still waiting for a relevant response from them and a quick refund of the money, certainly not in 5-10 days.
Later edit: In the meantime, they refunded me the full amount paid.

Hi!

I made this order for Seine River Cruises | Bateaux Parisiens ticket at 15:36 on 3 Apr 2025.

Then I was prompted that the ticket will be issued after 30 minutes! This delay caused me to miss the cruise I wanted to take.

I waited for 30 min, and no ticket was delivered. So I missed the second cruise I was supposed to take!

Then I went to ask the Bateaux information and ticket counter who advised me that myticketsworld is a bad site and not legal! They told me that I was scammed and that I need to buy a new ticket.

I bought a new ticket from Bateaux directly and went on a the cruise.

At 16:44 my ticket from myticketsworld has arrived in my inbox.

Thanks to trust pilot and myticketsworld I was promptly contacted and offered a refund.

It is recommended to use this site if you are planning a head and not in need of an instant ticket as you could save a couple of quids.
