Crooks

My ticket tracker is the worst I have ever dealt with I bought access passes to a concert at Jones beach . What I received was two parking passes. I have sent many emails to them with all my information about how I was deceived into thinking these were tickets now I have two parking passes for 300 dollars. . They will not help me . Do not buy from this site they are crooks ! I’m looking into legal ways to resolve this

No tickets - lost my money 100%They can only reach me by email and…

They can only reach me by email and they stupidly changed the email address I gave them, dramatically different. Paid for tickets, never got them, drove to the game, 7 hours, missed the game. Their customer service lines NEVER answer. NEVER, - 4 hours listening to their stupid music. Trying to get my money back but not very hopeful. They are dishonest!!

If there was a zero star I would pick it!

If there was a zero star I would pick that! SCAMMERS! My father Purchased 3 tickets to a game for my birthday and never got the tickets(they were even etickets). Tried to call many times and waited over an hour with no response! Call almost everyday still no response. We never received an email for the tickets but it said our tickets were ready and downloaded. We had to call our bank to dispute those purchases!

Scam site?

I purchased tickets to Hamilton through BigStub, and MyTicketTracker.com was supposed to send me an email with the electronic tickets. I never received them. I called MyTicketTracker and waited on hold for 2.5 hours, emailed, used their website, NO RESPONSE. I've failed a fraud claim with PayPal, so hopefully will get a refund. Many here on TrustPilot have said they are scammers. I guess I've been scammed.

ONE IN THE SAME SCAMMERS...

I purchased 3 tickets in 2020 for a concert which obviously ended up postphoned twice, which i received a email from ticketsmarter for both postphoned events... STATING

EVENT POSTPONED—New Date TBD

We’re sorry to inform you that (concert name) has been postponed. This event will still happen at the same venue at a later date. Your tickets will still be valid for the new date and time once the event is rescheduled.
Because this event will still take place, no refunds are being issued at this time.
If you already have your tickets, please hold onto them. Once a new date is announced, your tickets will be valid for that rescheduled date. If tickets are lost or misplaced it may not be possible to print new ones, or there may be an extra charge if reprinting is possible. You will need these tickets to attend the rescheduled event; treat them like cash.
We will update you once additional details are known. You will receive another email once the event is rescheduled to a new date and time.

I CHECK THE WEBSITES ALL THE TIME for a new date well it was totally gone, no information about POSTPHONED, CANCELED, NEW DATE..
Finally I called the venue where the concert was set to take place and they told me the event was officially canceled awhile ago and all refunds were sent out if yiur purchased throught them or live nation and i needed to contact who ever i purchased them through.
This is how i found out mytickettracker snd ticketsmarter are one in the same.
First, the lady stated it stills shows postphoned.
Then she stated it needs to be investigated & thats not part of my job, then hung up on me.
So i called back....
New lady, stated she has to call the venue herself, ok ill hold
Sorry there was no answer...
Really, i just spoke to them please hold and i used another phone called then venue they answered right away, i got a direcrt number for the boxoffice, gave it to the lady never heard back.
Called venue again and boxoffice stated they did speak.
Called back next day from a new phone #
New man, gave him my first name and all of a sudden he has all the info... hmmmm
He stated its being processed could take up to 90 days for your refund i dont have any nore info on your account...
Me... well why 90days
Studdering man now.. because we have to get the money from a 2nd broker... just like amazon does.

I paid for James Taylor tickets in…

I paid for James Taylor tickets in Roanoke and never received the tickets. Impossible to get anybody on the phone. I looked at their web site and it says my tickets were downloaded and order status is complete. Total BS. These folks are scammers.

No tickets

No tickets, no answers, just on hold for hours at a time. Ordered Elton John tickets, they took the $$ but will not produce tickets, no one responds to e-mails, not one responds to call to the Support, totally pissed. Worst customer service EVER!

No response or callbacks....

This week I ordered tickets for Alan Cummings in Portland, Maine. I have attempted to contact them via telephone for 3 days. They do not respond to email and they do not pick up the telephone. I was on the phone for hours yesterday and then opted for a call back. They never did. I am on hold again and still no response. I am very disappointed and disgusted.

I would choose zero stars

I would choose zero stars, but not an option. I purchased 7 tickets to Boston Pops at Tanglewood in May for a July 23 concert. Cost was $1000. This was from Ticket Nation. Tickets guaranteed delivery by July 21. We all needed to travel and book hotel rooms that were non cancellable. I got an email that said MTT would deal with fulfillment and that they needed to do an “account surrender”. Huh? And it would be only available 2 hours before concert because of a rolling code. Tanglewood rejected what they sent me. Told me my only recourse was my credit card company. So everyone seemed to know they are a scam except me? A nightmare. They keep asking for more impossible documentation….a letter from Tanglewood as to why they rejected my tickets?! I have lost all my money. How do we stop them?

I made a mistake purchasing tickets…

I made a mistake purchasing tickets from them for Erica Badu. I paid for them with PayPal. I could not retrieve my tickets, I was on hold for hours when I called them. They would email PayPal but not me. PayPal assist me.

We should start a class action suit…

We should start a class action suit against these crooks. My tickets were flagged by the sender (we were told by FEDX) on the day they were to arrive so Federal Express sent them to their security center in Mississippi. Well, it's not their fault so no refund. What a scam.

Absolutely awful....do not use them, ever.
below is an email I sent just sent them.

My experience with your organization and cityticketsonline has been absolutely awful. I bought (3) tickets to see a concert scheduled for July 2020.
Understandaby, the show was rescheduled for a year later because of Covid.
No possibility for refund was ridiculous…you can claim it was a “rescheduled” show, but a year later? Give me a break.

And now, a full year later, the tickets did not arrive until late in the day, the day before the show which, in my case, was two states away, hence ruining our plans.
We were stuck leaving on our trip to link up with others until the tickets arrived.
Absolutely ridiculous. Use of the funds for more than a year and that’s the kind of delivery service you provide???
These tickets couldn’t have been delivered a couple of weeks out?
And please don’t “blame the band”

Will never use your ticket system again and am spreading the word. Numerous people on social media have already been talking this lack of consideration and execution up as well.
Sorry, big swing and miss by your organization

never sent my tickets

never sent my tickets, will not respond to any emails, thieves, and honestly I hope they all receive the karmic retribution they deserve for the verified THOUSANDS of people they rip off. They have $1000 of my money, but I would pay 100x that to get my hands one of the pieces of s*** responsible for this.

too bad I have to give one star. Tickets were pushed a year and a half. On hold for one hour. No one picking up. Tickets were a gift for my birthday last year. I don't have a mobile phone, so can't get any information.

Zero customer service!! Don't answer emails or phone calls Do not ever use this company! No delivery info, No response to emails. Traveling across three states for event still no tickets bought in Oct 2020 now Jul 21 This outfit is a scam!!
