Purchased office chair tried to assemble it after it arrived but one of the securing bolt holes was not in the correct place so unable to secure bolt.
After several polite E mails I was given a return authorization but due to Covid my work load at that time made it impossible I suggested a part refund but never received any. I will not buy from them and I suggest you do the same

We had an issue with an item, probably was damaged in transit.
MyTopia did a warranty on it which was awesome, the only difficulty was that when contacting them, their emails for some reason were misdirected into my spam folder. This caused it to be a long process (as their emails went undetected for some weeks...)
This was really unusual because they were responding to my own email, so it should have never gone to spam. I think they might need to rectify that in their email / server system to avoid future confusion.
I bought an airfryer, and it works really well. I almost used it everyday. The design is really sleek. It also has many functions. Love it
Stay away from Mytopia, they're price gougers. I ordered a spare part for an ebike I got from them and they charged me 5 times the market price for it. There are dozens of similar items on the market, but Mytopia took care to make it difficult to buy spare parts from someone else. To have the exact same item for their Cityhopper II ebike I had to order the spare part from them. Average market price for the exact same item (just with another plug layout) is AUD15 including delivery. Mytopia charged me AUD79 including delivery.

My ebike is no longer charging. I bought it less than 12 months ago and would like to check if its still under warranty. But after 4 attempts to contact the supplier I’ve had zero response - there doesn’t seem any way to ring them and they don’t answer emails.
After sales service seems non-existent. Be forewarned.
Do not deal with Mytopia. They will send you a completely broken product (every heard of a quality assurance officer?) and then refuse a refund when you don't want to receive the same faulty product back. Dealing with Mary from their Customer Service department has been an absolute nightmare.
I find this unbelievable i payed $229 FOR A item and your company will not send what i payed for 1 YOU have the money and you are asking me to prove who i am ..... A cross-reference with e.bay and you would see i have purchase a e.bike from your company ORDER DATE

I ordered a battery from there on line store i payed $229 on 12 april i asked for a tracking number after some e.mails they phoned me on the 13 April As part of our internal security process, we will need to validate the order before we can release it. Well shock i don,t go fishing in my bank account for any company asked to refund my money lets hope they give my money back .
Had troubles with bike to start with but resolved issue, by providing another bike. Very helpful much appreciated.

This is an excellent product and amazing value. Unfortunately, after 15 months a fault developed. I contacted the seller who had a replacement en route the very next day, accepting my photos as evidence, not requiring the faulty blanket to be returned..
This is the best customer service I have experienced in years! At last, an ethical seller who stands behind the items he sells and doesn’t make you jump through hoops to get satisfaction under a warranty claim.

Purchased E-bike from Mytopia it got shipped to me in Melbourne, very fast delivery. Found front brake rotor bent when I assembled bike. I contacted them and they did a great job helping me to get the rotor replaced, giving me a refund straight away so I could get a replacement rotor locally which I fitted myself. I've had a very positive customer experience thank you. The bike is fantastic, and I recommend anyone to purchase from this retailer...A+++

From the outset of this procurement process I have had exceptional prompt and direct communication. Not only was the customer service outstanding it was proactive. These days to have a company acting in advance of the customer is un heard of. Can you imagine a bank calling you and offering to reduce your interest rate., or Telstra calling to tell you your existing plan was not the best plan for you and they were offering to save you 30% on a new plan.
This is the first company who has provided me with Proactive customer service. This is 6 star performance.
Had a few minor issues with my bike, the customer service team where very helpful & resolved the issues I had with minimal fuss.
I would reckon the bikes at this price point on the back up customer service alone. Do your research, many don’t have it!
Purchased a Gecko 125lt fridge on 5/1/2021 which failed to turn on, it took until 27/2/2021 to finally after numerous emails and contacting the ACCC for mytopia to provide us with a replacement, which has a dent in the door. It’s not worth asking for another after the last experience, however we will not purchase from them again nor recommend Mytopia.
As you can see below I received a response from Mytopia it is a shame they didn’t read my review. I have received a replacement but only after contacting the ACCC, and the front is damaged.

Recently purchased a Valk E-Bike on special. Delivery was very prompt, I ordered it late Friday and was at my front door on Tuesday morning. Amazing. Small issue with set up, however Wade from the support team was always on hand to assist. Helpful videos and excellent instructions. Had a small issue with the brake pad and was offered a replacement without any questions asked. Really happy with the service provided, above and beyond what others do.Thanks for a smooth purchase. Will come back again.
Bought a letterbox from them end of December 2020 (less than 2 months ago). Got drawn in by the low price. Noticed it started rusting already. I emailed them about this issue and got told that in the product manual that you can find nowhere on the advertisement it states that "Under Safety and General Equipment use and Care, the equipment is not weather proof and should not be stored in direct sunlight, at high ambient temperatures or locations that are damp or humid." 1st of all this was not said anywhere while advertising this letterbox and second we are talking about a letterbox... which is most likely going to be outside... ad on ebay states " The stylish mail pillar powder coated finish offers plenty of kerb appeal and is made to last."
Not even 2 months. Very disappointed in the product and the very misleading and below standard costumer service.
Debra from the Myopia team was really helpful fixing my issue with the battery not charging. She replied to my query straight away, sending a u tube clip explaining how to fix the problem. I couldn't speak highly enough of the back up service received from the team. Something you don't always find these days. I would not hesitate to purchase from Myopia in the future or recommend them highly.
