We had a great experience with our Driver. He picked us up on time right outside the train station with a sign and helped with our luggage to the car. Clean van with the much needed air conditioning! He was also a very safe driver. Booking was super simple and our driver communicated day of using what’s app to verify everything.

Driver was very nice and polite and was there to meet us.

Landed at 2 in the morning at Burgas airport in Bulgaria. The taxi driver I had booked and paid for, wasn’t there. Couldn’t get hold of anyone from the company to find out what was happening. Had the additional expense of paying for a local taxi to take us to our hotel.

I’ve heard nothing from your company, pretty much sums up the service that your company provides.
Absolute rubbish, we searched for 15 mins and there was no sign of him in the terminal. I messaged MyTravel at 2.13 to say we had arrived, at 2.33 the driver messaged me. At this point we had got another local taxi, to take us to our hotel. I have screenshots of all the messages, if required?
My advice to anyone looking for a transfer from Burgas (Bulgaria) is don’t use this company.
I have a receipt for 50 Euros, timestamped at 02.35. How fo I send you a copy?

Left at Malaga Airport for over an hour waiting for pick up and finding it very hard to communicate with the company, had been given drivers details but he wasn’t answering. Return to Malaga Airport was fine but I won’t be using this company again.

Booked a return trip and both ways was seamless. Driver waiting with car as described and very nice. Will definitely use again

No one showed up. The chat feature was not helpful and when we found a Greek resident to call, the company claimed they couldn’t see our confirmation for 20 minutes

When we arrived there was noone waiting to greet us at the airport - had to communicate with the office to find out the driver was "stuck in traffic" the driver when arrived literally strolled through no apology or explanation.
Then to top it all off we received confirmation of our driver for our return back to the airport who never turns up at all - I was advised to keep ringing him until it rang off - which I did several times. Eventually they had to send another driver to grab us to get us to the airport on time - again no apology or explanation.
Will not be using again!

We booked the outbound and return trips to Mallorca separately and were very satisfied with the service. Both drivers were excellent—friendly and helpful. The vehicle was in great condition, and everything was truly top-notch. We were picked up on time, which made things so much easier for us.
The only slightly tricky part was the communication beforehand: since we were traveling with two toddlers, we urgently needed two child seats, but the booking system didn't offer an option to select that. I had to submit a special request, and the process dragged on a bit. We did get the confirmation in the end, but we really had to fight for it.
I realize that, with our twins, we don't always fit into standard booking systems, so this likely won't be an issue for most other people.
That said, the actual trips were absolutely fantastic!

Used this company twice, booking way in advance. The first time they were picking us up at the cruise port in Barcelona. No one contacted me the day of or before letting me know who to look for so I had to chat with a chat box. They finally called but barely spoke English. Was picked up late in an absolutely filthy Toyota Corolla in and out with old food crumbs all over the floor, it was gross. The second pick up was at our hotel in Barcelona to go to the airport. Was contacted by email who was picking me up. They sent the person‘s name, make and model of the car along with the license plate. We were looking and looking for this driver and finally after the pick up time, a guy walked up to me and called my name. It wasn’t the person nor the car that was supposed to come. The driver was very nice though and was just as confused as we were. I will never use this company again.

So the company responded that we’re sorry and to give them my reservation numbers so they get right on this, but did not give me a link, phone number or anything. I tried their website and reached out to their helpline but they couldn’t help at all, what a joke.

Very professional service, driver was really nice and gave us tips and recommended different places to go. 💯 recommend

Great yo hsbe pickup from hotel or apsrtments amd go direct to airport. Taxis are expensive. Appreciate this option

Never had a car available to take us back to airport tried ringing all day , Then you tried to say i had the transfer time which was a load of rubbish , had to book a taxi paid another £85 euros, Taxi driver told us that you never had a taxi for us as they were all on strike .Would never use your company again and would not reccomend you to anyone

The Overall, the transfer service was excellent: perfectly on time, a spotless car, and the child car seat was ready and immaculate as requested.
Special shoutout to the driver on our outbound journey—he was fantastic, friendly, and very polite. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same for the return driver, who was quite rude. He barely spoke a word to us, failing to even say hello or wish us a good trip. It's a real shame because the organization and the vehicle were definitely 5-star, but the driver's manners make all the difference
