While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

scam

scam - do not use this site, I filled in the form on their website as they create a site look like an official Malaysia Digital Arrival Card site but they are scammer. Once I filled in the form with my cc details. There was no mention about fee but I was charged $95. Official Malaysia Digital Arrival Card is free of charge.

SCAM! DO NOT USE

This is a scam website, do not enter any personal detail or make any payment. The official arrival card can be requested via government website FREE OF CHAEGE!

I also wish whoever made this kind of scam website burn in hell

MDAC scam

Same experience as in previous review. After having entered internet address given to us at flight check-in with instructions to urgently obtain Malaysia Digital Access Card, we were connected directly to this site. The fee for the MDAC was announced as 35USD which we paid by credit card. At arrival in Malaysia, passeport control officials told us that the MDAC is free of charge and that if we had paid for it we were victims of a scam. When we checked our bank account, we found that the sum debited for the MDAC was not 35USD as announced but 94USD. No receipt for the payment has been recieved. We have contacted our bank to see if we can block the payment and we are cancelling our credi card.

False Charge for Filling Visa Form

Company provides fake service which is free when you go to Malaysian national border website. This occurred to us crossing the border from Singapore to Malaysia. Comes to top of Google search when crossing international borders, and poses as customs entry arrival card service, offering to provide a digital entry card.
It processes your information into the national border entry system, but charges for this service, which is free on the national gov't site. Provides no digital receipt for the charges either, just bills credit card directly giving consumer no record.

Online searches about the company online show nothing - it has no web footprint. Made us anxious now that we have given our private passport and banking data to an unsecure source.

It pushes this site first: entryform.typeform.com which then routes to Mytravelerinfo.com

Update: we were told we were charged $35, but in fact there is a base charge of $59.00 hidden in fine print. So the charge to our credit card was $94 total.

Am now contesting charges with credit card company.
