Warning: Fraudulent Travel Agency – Avoid at All Costs!
I want to alert everyone about a serious scam involving this travel agency. While I had previously used this agent without issue, my family and friends were recently scammed by John (Raj, Sid). By the way, he goes by different names.
I purchased a ticket in October 2024 for an upcoming flight, but just days before my departure, the ticket mysteriously disappeared from the airline’s app. When I reached out to the agent, he assured me it would reappear within 24 hours of my flight. However, on the day of travel, I discovered I had no valid ticket and was forced to purchase a new one last minute.
Despite multiple follow-ups, John (Raj) has refused to refund me or any of my family friends who also fell victim to this scam. It has now been over a month with no resolution.
Do not use this travel agency – they are fraudulent and unreliable!

Travelwynk collected money for full payment on my ticket. I Only used on leg of the ticket and the other part was canceled by the airline cos the agent didnot pay. When i got to the airport to check in i was then informed that my ticket is canceled . I told them i paid but the insisted i take it up with my agent.. i have been calling John but no answer.. now I'm stuck at my destination. They won't answer my calls or do anything about my
situation. This company is fake and fraudulent. John is the agent that i dealt with. I Will take it up with the law when I get back to my base.

Scam & Fraudulent company. They collected $1630 & never issued a ticket. I have suffered so much loss and could not attend my sisters wedding as a result of this. Stay away from them.
