Cute little radio that I bought for my studio but also use a lot in the van due to the battery option. Great for when camping or out for a long day and working in the van. Looks great in my house too!

Radio arrived - looked great and just what we wanted for kitchen. Unfortunately there was an issue with radio however this was very promptly resolved - great customer service.
I would recommend.

Great customer service. I thought my View Quest Retro Mini DAB radio was destined for the bin but they guided me to do a factory reset on the unit and that fixed the issue. Very quick, kind and effective response to my request for assistance.

The radio has a great sound, light to carry around and if you are not sure about anything the back up team respond to emails really quickly

Wonderful sound. I have hearing difficulties which made it impossible to understand speech from my smart speaker when I was not wearing hearing aids. Problem solved with Monty!!

When I bought a radio it didn't work for some odd reason. The lady at VQ was wonderful and helped explore what the issue could be. I was then sent a new plug and found the original plug was faulty. I was so pleased at the prompt response to my query, and the ease with which it was put right. Thank you so much.

A Which? review gave the Monty radio a good review, with a comment about screen-out time. So, I checked this up with a question to VQ. I asked - how many seconds does one have to select an option when in settings, e.g. setting an alarm time, date, etc. Victoria replied from VQ telling me she had got a stopwatch and had timed the 'screen-out' for various functions, finding it to be around 30 seconds. That's plenty. Full marks for customer service.
I then bought the Monty direct from VQ for £100.
I'm pleased with the radio - it has good reception and its pretty easy to use. So far, so good. Well done to VQ.

I’ve owned my View Quest Retro Mini DAB radio for many years and it still gives excellent service.

Having recently dropped the unit, the antenna got broken. When contacting the View Quest service team to ask for guidance on purchasing a replacement, they responded very quickly by offering to send out a new antenna at no cost - AMAZING customer service 👏

I emailed a question regarding my Monty DAB radio. The response was fast, accurate and polite.

I had purchased a vq dab radio and the lead had gone kerput so i emailed the company and asked where I could buy another, they replied that they would replace it and it turned up 3 days later, amazing customer communication and service, thanks vq

The switch on our kettle cracked so I emailed the Company who replied promptly, then arranged labels for me to return the item to them. Kettle replaced by return and the whole matter concluded within 3 days. Great service and efficiency combined. Thank you all.

Contacted them as I was having issues with my Radio. They were very helpful and sent me a new power cable which fixed my issue.
