In 2011, VQ (known then as View Quest), launched the original Retro Radio – a DAB / DAB+ Digital Radio and Apple Docking station. The original retro was designed to change the market, a multi-functional product that came in a range of colours very much with the design conscious in mind. I had a problem with my radio
I had a problem with my radio, I contacted the company and the service I received was excellent from start to finish. I returned the radio as requested and it has been replaced. All of this was done very quickly and I was kept informed at every point from advising me the radio had been received to the new one being delivered. Excellent customer service.
