Great experience all around .from the first phone call to actually meeting with Dani to pick a watch out was an absolutely amazing experience. Great selection to choose from and I also received a lot of information on the watch I was interested in Dani gave me a fair trade in for my watch and a great deal on my new one .after I chose the one I wanted they sized the band and cleaned it one last time . Top notch I am actually looking at a second watch now thank you again
