horrible company crook.replaced my boilder did not cover the hole that was left out after finishing their job.their sales man also promised a five year free service for the boiler,they reluctantly paid for the first year but refused to pay for the second year.make sure you record them before doing any business with them
According to Companies House, there is an "Active proposal to strike off" My World Eco. This means that they may be dissolved within 2 months.
It is is highly recommended NOT to start buying anything from them or entering into a contract with them.
Good luck to those trying to get their money back from previous contracts. I can recommend Whichlegal, who helped us with TQL kitchens.

None of the staffs are honest and responsible.
Totally fraud company and staffs. Money minded and cheating customers.

AVOID THIS COMPANY- I contracted My World Eco in September 2021, just before the work was due to commence in December I was rang by a man who told me the work had been subcontracted to his company. My contract did not state that this was allowed and i rang the project manager who said he did not know anything about this. The office on the other hand apologised and told me they would get someone else to do the work. Two days later they changed their tune and said the guy worked for them and they didn’t know what I was talking about. I have requested my money back and they have ignored multiple phone calls and emails to date and a formal complaint issued to the company. I now have no other option than to start legal proceedings. Do not believe anything My World Eco tell you as they are happy to take your money and run.
Its scam. PLEASE DO PROPER RESEARCH BEFORE GIVE THEM MONEY AS DEPOSIT..
