My family spent the week of Christmas in Deia, Mallorca and My World VIP was recommended to us by the Airbnb owner. We used this service to book chef services during our stay and we were not disappointed! We planned this only about 2-3 weeks in advance, and especially since it was Christmas week I knew that our options may be limited. But Hayley was able to find a wonderful Chef and server/sous chef who not only served delicious Spanish cuisine, but they were also very friendly, spoke great English, indulged our party as we practiced our Spanish with them, and also gave us space at the right times. And did I mention how great the food was? We also chose to have a “welcome buffet” waiting for us when we arrived. It had already been set up and set beautifully on the dining table, which made for a relaxing start to our week in Mallorca after a hectic travel day with kids. Really enjoyed the experience and will definitely book this chef again when we return, hopefully during the summer. Hayley’s service was very easy and turnkey, and I would definitely go to her again for additional activities for warmer months - we’d love to get out on the water next time. Highly recommend!

what a fantastic very personal service :) I will use again were ever I go in the world. Hayley was prompt and very efficient dealing with organising my husbands 60th birthday celebration in Deia, chauffeur driven cars to and from airport. she has great contacts and made my life swimmingly pleasant all-round whilst on holiday.

Hayley was very helpful in all aspects of our trip planning to Mallorca. She let us know which excursions/services were available and went out of her way several times to accommodate our specific time constraints to come up with the perfect plan!

I first came across Haley on recommendation from a property manager in Majorca. I was apprehensive how much to give Haley at first, but decided to go all in. That involved umpteen bookings for a 3 week forecast with an ever changing group of family and friends staying with us over this period. We have fussy eaters, awkward times and lots of changes. Haley at took this in her stride and delivered on the nail every time, always communicating changes to me throughout. I have since used her around the world and found the service to be consistent, pleasant and real good value.
