We love Zeller!
We love Zeller! Apart from taking quite a bit of effort to get signed up and onboarded as a registered not-for-profit, our experience since then has been fabulous! Customer support has been prompt and helpful. The ability to earn great interest on our savings account is a bonus! The online app is easy to use (even for us older volunteers) and being able to take payments using our mobile phone for free is magic. Much better that the portable readers we used to use that kept breaking. Having a flat rate, reasonable transaction fee is appreciated by our customers and we especially love not having to pay monthly rental fees. Keep up the great work, Zeller!

ZERO !! They are not reliable, trustworthy and such a waste to do business with them. After 3 years suddenly closed my business account without any notice , eftpos did not work immediately left my business with customers coming in and unable to accept payment as was disconnected. Don’t trust them , don’t waste your time , don’t go ahead with them.

Best company to work with. Very competitive prices on commission, terminal 2 is an amazing card machine and most importantly funds in your account within the same day.
On top of that their customer service ( Shane) was spot on.

As a local Charity we were looking for a machine with its own sim card, so non of the volunteers had the worry of downloading apps and using their own mobile phones when using at events.
This product is not suited for small organisations. The paperwork involved was horrendous and information they needed was as if we were opening a bank account, which is definitely not what we intended to do. After 3 weeks of trying to get it set (many hours of phone calls)up we then had to return the item.
