Poor communication
Sent several emails in relation to surcharges applied and after several months, still no reply.

Terminal has been great so far. Customer service fantastic, with quick responses and care.

Brett has been fantastic and able to sort out any issues I've had promptly and easily. The Zeller platform is excellent, easy to use and does everything I need. The tap to pay app on my phone is amazing.

I have always had the pleasure of working with Harrison from Zeller, From the moment I reached out, he was not only super friendly but also incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to thoroughly explain everything, making sure I felt completely confident with the solution. Thank you very much for helping me solve the problem in time.
When I was doing activities in the mall, I used the pos machine to connect to the wifi in the mall, which caused the machine to be locked.
Customer service called me to solve the problem step by step, very timely and very grateful.
It would be better if you could send me a manual, so that I can avoid the situation that the machine can not be used due to misoperation. Thanks

We just started a new business, fairly new with everything but we got recommendations from Triniteq about Zeller. We are glad that we went ahead with it and met Jared.
Within 2 days they got back to us straight away,
he has helped us to set up the Efpos machine, very quick response when we have any issues and he also sent us an email just in case we have any difficulties.

We can't recommend Zeller highly enough. Prior to switching to Zeller we used a large business that provided archaic machines, costly rentals, and terrible service. We have been with Zeller for almost a year now and our experience to date has been exceptional. The service we get from Zeller far out weighs any "Big Bank" we have dealt with over the last 4 years. Their pricing is competitive and the sign up process was a matter of hours as opposed to weeks with a "Big Bank". We have also taken advantage of some of the other products on offer with Zeller such as the High Interest Savings Account & Corporate Card facilities which make life allot easier for tracking expenditure across the business. The Zeller App
is easy to use and has some great features giving you insights to your business that you wouldn't get with a conventional payments provider or bank. We are interested to see what other products Zeller will introduce in the future, the products and services they offer so far almost tick all the boxes for a total business banking solution. Based on our experience so far with the service we would consider cutting ties with our "Big Bank" and have all our business banking needs with Zeller.

Have been using Zeller now for over 1 year and am very pleased with the system. Both the terminal's functionality and the support when you need is fantastic. Very pleased and would highly recommend.
