Zeller is simply the best EFTpos terminal going around. It has never gone down and is simple to use, and support from the team (especially Alex) is excellent.
We have been with them since they started up, which was a big risk for us as a small business, but it's been one of the best moves we've made financially in our business' history. You won't be disappointed... excuse the pun, but trust me!

Great customer support from Julian, to get set up! Easy access to your money by the Zeller Mastercard. Settlement times are good.
The 4 star rating is due to not being able to schedule payments or set up reoccurring payments. Hopefully, this would be possible in the near future. I still would highly recommend Zeller.

Zeller are great with their support and trouble shooting. I much prefer them to Square.

Alex Paton has been my constant contact since day 1 of me starting my business. His customer service has been outstanding and one of the reasons I have stayed on board, even with better pricing offers. I hold excellent customer service higher than prices.

The Rep was very quick and installed the terminal on the same day.

Zeller were onto my issue straight away.

We recently added an additional terminal and the support and assistance was so amazing.
Someone answered the call on a weekend and took the time to assist me on all aspects of the set-up.

Recently purchased a 2nd zeller and had an issue in the first couple of days. It only took a couple of phone calls before a new one was arranged and sent. No back and forth, or endless emails, just a straight up replacement. Customer service was excellent and I am glad we went with zeller.

Product is a good fit for our business & customer service is outstanding!

Being a small non for-profit club with a limited yearly turnover in sales we have tried other brand terminals and while others are good Zeller is better. Zeller support is second to none and the price of their terminals and fees are more than reasonable.
We would recommend Zeller to any potential business or club requiring a cashless service.

Amazing lady peaches very helpful

Because of a system error on your end our eftpos was down all day losing us over $500 in sales, customer support did nothing to rectify the issue. I’ll be changing eftpos provider.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!!! Would not recommend! Have had so much trouble with
them. First settlement day did moto transaction for$800, approved but they froze my account keeping all funds of days transactions and any future ones until I can provide 3 months business bank acc statements but it was my first settlement havnt been trading yet..for 3 months so looks like can't receive my money until I've traded for 3 months!!!!

Put simply the banking experience has been poor to date. Transactions that were processed instantly with my previous bank will be processed in “30 to 45 days” with Zeller. As a transport operator that is constantly getting fuel, I can’t wait for over a month for fuel pre-authorisations to be released. This significantly impacts my cash flow. Additionally, it appears that the Support team is only available when it comes to dealing with terminal questions and there’s no one to talk to as far as the bank account go.

I do plan on acquiring a payment terminal in the next few months however given the support and banking experience I’ve received I’m nervous about doing so. It appears that this is a situation of “over promise and under deliver.”
