Unfortunately, this has been a very disappointing experience. The way customer concerns are handled feels rigid and process-driven rather than solution-oriented.
Being told to return an item and reorder it simply because a discount cannot be applied is everything but customer-friendly. It is also not environmentally responsible and not economically reasonable, as it creates unnecessary shipments and additional costs!!!

Refund process is terrible. My return was actually received on the 20th January by them. I got an acknowledgment of the refund on the 13th Feb and it’s still not landed. It’s now the 24th Feb….over a month for a refund. Constantly chasing.

The items are extremely poor quality for the price paid. Their returns portal doesn’t work therefore you have to email them to discuss. Only to be advised that it’ll cost you to return the item through an Asian warehouse. They give you a 20% refund. Avoid at all costs.

I'm a new Australian customer who had previously commented on NA-KD's inconsistent sizing and difficult returns policy - tried them for a second time. They have contemporary, minimal Swedish design which I love. Ordered a 100% merino knitted pants and polo neck jumper (XS and S to have options) and a hip length trench in faux suede (a design collab). Had to return all. The polo jumper wasn't cut properly - S awkwardly bunched across the shoulders and upper chest (I wear lots of polo jumpers and have never had this issue before) while XS was a touch tight. A very similar merino set from Uniqlo bought 7 months ago was half the price, done in a nicer rib fabrication and a great fit. The trench was also disappointing. I expected the faux suede fabric to be the same as a previously ordered long trench which was soft and draped beautifully but sadly was too big. The faux suede on the second trench was hard, stiff and didn't look good. So disappointing there's so much inconsistency with fabric too. Initiating a return on the website is easy, getting the courier pick up at the right time less so. The courier company asks for a 3 hour window for pick up but the courier turns up 4+ hours earlier (he eventually returned at the right time after a second phone call). If NA-KD aspires to have a global online marketplace, it needs to make the return process easier - ideally drop off at a local post office. If I was buying again, I'd be happier waiting longer for the garments and be able to return them at my own convenience at a post office rather than muck around waiting hours for a courier pick up. Ultimately, it's the inconsistent sizing, fabric quality and quality control which won't see me coming back. And not to forget the 3 week refund process AFTER the return being received at the warehouse - far too long and inefficient.

Ordered a coat base on their size chart however when received it , it was huge like two size up, so had to return and pay for return while its not my fault, and still waiting for my refund, wont order again

Ordered a coat, which did not fit the way it should have and when it was returned it took more than a month for the refund and yes was charged for the refund which I guess did not mind, but definitely was not happy with the late refund which took more than a month to get back into my account, would definitely never order from them again.

I've been used overseas service sometimes but it wasn't as good as nakd staffs.

I bought jeans from NA-KD and after the first wash I got two big holes on each of the legs, in exactly the same spot on both legs. They said it was caused by an external object and rejected my claim. I had no object in my washing machine and the damage is clearly a manufacturing defect, if it happens on both legs in the same spot. I also bought a sweater from them and in two weeks it was in such horrible condition that it couldn’t be worn in public. I recommend not to buy from them. The way they handle claims is very unprofessional.

The colour of the item I purchased was nothing like how it was pictured and though they state on their website returns are easy they are not, currently stuck with a jumper I do not want and cannot return. Very unimpressed
