Heatwave nightmare!
Suddenly finding, in the middle of a heatwave that my fridge had stopped working, presented me with my worse nightmare. I had no alternative way to keep even the 'basics' cool, am not very mobile and a full- time carer for a dementia sufferer, all of which added to my inability to just pop out and get fresh supplies as and when required, whilst seeking a repairer or replacement fridge. I feel extremely fortunate therefore to have located NAC on the Internet and even more fortunate to also find that I was able to book a slot, for an engineer to attend, quickly. James turned up at 8 am, less than 30 hours after booking the repair, and within 30 minutes had resolved the problem explaining what had caused it and what he had done. He is clearly a first class tradesman. I can't thank both him and NAC enough for their prompt and excellent service. I have since taken out an annual NAC Prime membership to ensure that I can have peace of mind, in the future, and take advantage of the priority NAC call out system and discounted service charges, should I have any other 'white goods' breakdowns. Thank you very much NAC (and James).

Oven not heating
The electrical engineer who came to repair our oven was very polite and courteous. He had to come back to fix the oven fault, That was a week later, but obviously the spare had to be got. The cooker is now working again. Excellent job done.

Your engineer arrived punctually at the time stated and he efficiently replaced the igniters on the two defective burners. Hassle and trouble free the experience was what I expected. I will be contacting you again if any further faults occur with my Britannia Range oven

Very helpful engineer
Even though my fridge freezer was unable to be repaired, this was not the fault of Stefan, the very helpful engineer who came out. He was very knowledgeable and patient and a lovely calm individual. A credit to your business. He gave me great advice which has enabled me to purchase another fridge freezer.

Really good communication
Really good communication. The company are very easy to book with and flexible on times. The repair man who came out to use was really clean and tidy. Communicated clearly what was wrong and how it would need to be fixed. He went out of his way to be helpful. Very please and will use again.
