Really good communication. The company are very easy to book with and flexible on times. The repair man who came out to use was really clean and tidy. Communicated clearly what was wrong and how it would need to be fixed. He went out of his way to be helpful. Very please and will use again.

We needed help because we have moved into a flat with a Whirlpool fridge/freezer and had no instruction book about it.
We thought the water filter needed replacing but were told that there was no filter in place anyway.
A filter has now been ordered.
We also appreciated helpful advice about the tomato plants on our balcony!

Big rate for them to say can't fix it
The repairmen came during the agreed time slot. After around 1hr, he was the bearer of bad news and told me my fridge was unrepairable. Gave me a summary of the damage. Told me due to the heatwave he saw a lot of fridge freezers breaking down.
Despite I agreed to the price, I feel £100 + for them to tell you it's unrepairable is a bit steep. I understand business' have different rates and cost breakdown.
Apart from that, great service.

Fantastic service
Had excellent initial service directing us to Wednesfield appliance repairs. Marty and his Dad attended today to fit our new integrated dishwasher to replace the original which had clapped out!
They were delightful from the outset working in the incredible heat today (32 degrees in the kitchen) Absolute perfectionist in doing a tricky job. Would not leave until they were absolutely happy.
Would thoroughly recommend this whole service-Thank you so much

Be careful using NAC
This company needs to state the terms and conditions much more clearly . If a machine is allegedly fixed and the engineer leaves only to find it is not actually fixed , you are told that to return and rectify the situation it could cost another 109 pounds charge to fix their own mistake . Very unfair .
