Don’t get talk into a re-gass
This dose not seem to be the first time looking at reviews the engineer we had did not explain everything well enough to my wife, and she sign a waver, sadly the repair did not work and these people just refer back to small print.
Our fridge was out of gas’s the engineer said for an extra £15 he could fit a valve and do a vacuum test if the vacuum test held up then re-gas’s would solve our problem not it didn’t and all they do is refer to the small print in the waver.
Beware
Don’t re- gas’s as no guarantee.
and make sure you understand that if it dose not work,They are taking your money.
Record all your conversation with your engineer,
If he dose not explain it in full you may just have a chance.

Booking the appointment was quick and easy. I received texts keeping me informed of date and time of arrival, Dave arrived exactly on time. He was very polite, friendly and efficient. Great service
Turned up the same day, they guys were great - full oh knowledge and fixed my fridge in 10 mins.
The best thing was they fully explained the problem and hung around for 10 mins to ensure the fix addressed all the issues . Top guys!

Fr freezer problem
Very quick response to my problem with an engineer arriving the same day. Lovely polite lad who got to the bottom of the problem in under 15 mins . Would definitely recommend this company. A bit pricey for 15 mins work but still a lot more reasonable than local.
