Quick and easy
Booking the appointment was quick and easy. I received texts keeping me informed of date and time of arrival, Dave arrived exactly on time. He was very polite, friendly and efficient. He assessed what was needed, ordered and fitted the part within a few days. The whole experience was quick and easy. Very pleased.

Great service
Turned up the same day, they guys were great - full oh knowledge and fixed my fridge in 10 mins.
The best thing was they fully explained the problem and hung around for 10 mins to ensure the fix addressed all the issues . Top guys!

Avoid
One word - avoid.
Had to get another company to come and properly complete the repair.
If you need a repair pick a local honest repairer rather than a national company who do not care.
Reference the response from NAC, I did contact NAC, but they were not interested in trying to resolve the issue. I am amazed NAC have an 'excellent' rating on trust pilot

I was sceptical about using this company when my freezer broke down because I've had my fair share of dealing with bogus and unprofessional trades people.
NAC standards are second to none.
I was given an appointment same day and they are pricing is reasonable.
Stefan, the engineer was friendly yet professional and respectful.
He did a fantastic job and explained what the issue was.
My freezer is now working perfectly since the repair.
I recommend this company to anyone thinking of using their service.
There aren't many companies out there who still care about their standards like NAC so I'm so glad I found them!
I will use this company again.
