One of the worst PAK ID apps anyone has made

One of the worst apps anyone has made. It takes 2 days to apply for a child's NICOP renewal, and it still hasn't been done. Once the picture and fingerprint are accepted, it still says they are not recognised.

Kindly shut this app, as you can't make simple things work and keep making things hard in 2026.

My experience with an online pak ID…

My experience with an online pak ID service was extremely disappointing. Despite paying for an “exclusive” service that promised delivery within 9 days, my card took over three months to arrive. I had to repeatedly call customer support, and instead of resolving my issue, the representative eventually blocked my number.

To make matters worse, the card was reportedly sent to a different country, and when I raised this concern, the company refused to take responsibility. It became clear that once they received payment, customer care was no longer a priority.

I strongly advise others not to waste their money on unverified online services like this. If possible, visit an official office and complete the process in person to avoid unnecessary stress and delays. In urgent situations, such poor service could cause serious problems—so it’s best to stay cautious and choose reliable options.

Highly inefficient service

Highly inefficient service. They are only looting people specially overseas Pakistanis by charging a fee first and then letting us know that application has been rejected based on a reason that is totally NADRA's fault. Avoid these scammers and do not submit any application through the Pak ID app. Go to the nearest embassy or consulate to have application processed atleast in this way you will not be chasing NADRA for refund even when its their fault. Call center staff is uncourteous, rude and without any knowledge. Even after submitting multiple complaints, they simple refuse to provide a solution.

Abusive conversation of nadra's representative

I had emailed nadra customer support for questions regarding ID card's online application through Pak Identity app, and they didn't answered my questions, and told me to call nadra's helpline for assistance. When I called nadra's helpline regarding my questions, their representative abused me, and didn't answered my questions, and he told me to go to nadra's office, instead of applying online. After this rude conversation of nadra's representative, I called back again complaining about their nadra's representative, and that person too didn't done anything, and told me to complain online on nadra's portal. I emailed again nadra's customer support regarding this abusive conversation of their representative, and they still didn't answered my questions.

Case officer expecting BRIBE? or simply lacking education???

Case officer: Siraj Ul Haq (36075)
Case ID: 780000327917
I have never in my life experienced any thing like this, it just embarrassing to know such person works in this position.
My Case for POC card is going on for almost 2 years. I have submitted all the possible documents, including D form, but not my Pakistani passport which was destroyed once I got mother's nationality. Throughout all Case duration I have numerous times explained it to officer mentioning the reason multiple times, requesting his contact so Diplomatic ambassador from Latvian consulate and police from Pakistan could contact him and give statement of Pakistan as my Birth country inorder to get my POC card. However, he has multiple times refused to give his contact number, and once I obtained it from Headquarters, number was not answering at any time any day.
For over 5 times I have told the officer what has happened, but answer always was the same- he wants my expired Pakistani passport, which is already destroyed- as if he never read and understood what I have told him. As working for government, he should have access to state archived to get information he needed, but, as told from many people, this guy is just expecting a bribe. Even more, in last correspondence he asked me paperwork which I already sent him.
I have also contacted Headquarters, but also they told me simply just that officer wants passport, which is already destroyed.
This is disgusting and embarrassing situation with unprofessional person holding position he is not qualified as he lacks even the ability to read.
