It is really disappointing from the Nadra call center team. I applied online NICOP from abroad and during delivery NICOP was returned due to wrong address (which not possible ) so they sent me an email format to reply but from my side reply is not going through and from other email they don’t accept! anyhow i keep calling call center every person keeps on giving different opinions to do this and that and when you ask solution they disconnect the phone. Because they don’t have solution and again if i will call the same person will not be on phone. Very very very unprofessional people no ethics.
GOVT SHOULD WORK ON THIS ON URGENT BASE

NADRA, their website and PAK ID app are representative of Pakistan. Complete incompetency.
Their biometric verification is abysmal but is absolutely required to proceed in any application. Even when biometrics for applicants under 10 years of age are not required, the app still requests it and then fails to proceed because it cannot match the input to their system; BECAUSE THE CHILD's DATA DOESNT EXIST.
They routinely try to gouge you for money.

Absolute shambles. I would pass a law that any incompetent people in the government be imprisoned for 5 years. I would start right at the top including the military. Get rid of the imbeciles and get some talented individuals. I've been trying to renew my NADRA card for 10 years I've given up and I can't even get a tourist visa. Each time I apply the APP rejects my photo saying it's a spoof. Can't even book an appointment at the consulate.
System-led failed visa
System is cumbersome and AI-powered analysis of the photo rejected 20 iterations of a perfectly good photo that met all the requirements saying that it could not identify my eyes. After doctoring the photo 20 times until it would be accepted, the rest of the application was also a mess. Everytime something went wrong things had to be inputted again, and it overwrote the date of birth month to the current month. So when I finally submitted the application it ended up having a mistake. There was no way to fix it or withdraw the application, so I waited 4 weeks to get a chance to fix it when they did a “review.” After this 3 weeks later the visa was still not issued so had to cancel the trip.

Worst Experience Ever .. They Take bribe to everyone. I visited for the correction of Death certificate and they didn't correct the date and due to this ,our enemy party got property... What a shame , they changed my father 1 year late and my grandfather death after my father .. Shame on secretary and Nadra

Very poor experience – no response after 5 weeks!
We submitted a tourist visa application through the official NADRA online system over 5 weeks ago. Until now, the visa has not been issued.
We have sent 5 emails – not a single reply.
We also tried to call the official number +92 51 9207290 more than 200 times – either the line is busy or no one answers.
This level of communication is unacceptable. For families who need to plan their travel (especially during school holidays), this causes huge problems.
Conclusion: The website looks modern, but in practice the system does not work. No transparency, no customer service, no support. Extremely disappointing!

I apply for visit visa on March 13 ,2025 Thursday with my ticket prove that I am travelling on sat and get my visa within 24 hour for one year. Well done nadra

It's a stupid system. Very difficult and stressful to do. I've been to o over 20 countries and never had a problem. But with Pakistan you want to smash the laptop. Ask so many unnecessary questions. Just make the process simple.

The very worst visa system I have ever experienced. Going for an International conference so airfares and accommodation booked. Application submitted a month prior as requested and still no visa on day of travel resulting in cancellation of flights and accommodation and a loss of money. Poor and will not go back !
No support at all
No support at all. All the numbers provided online or all the helplines are useless. No one picks up the phone. No email replies. NOTHING.
Once picked up the phone a long time ago only once and would not even look to confirm my appointment and instead had a go at me saying just come to the appointment and if there is no appointment, go back and then make another one. I ain't checking nothing.

Not easy to navigate, times out so you have to start again if you need to get extra documents halfway through.

Really efficient service applied for family visa Sunday 18th Feb on monday got an update to upload some more documents and today the 26th visa was sent to me.
Well done Nadra i was worried about delays but they were super efficient.UK application.
