Apply for pakistan visa in march 2022 still waiting for response the only thing they did correctly is to charge me 60 dollars straight away. Been trying to contact them but no one is giving me the answer they keep saying authoraty will contact but no one contact me till now. British passport

My all family are going to Pakistan to…

My all family are going to Pakistan to visit my unwell mother. Accept my one young child as his passport was stuck in the system. So we were living him. But with the God grace my son’s passport arrived at 5th of this month. So same day I booked his ticket with us and applied his Pakistan’s visa application.
Everything was fine until I realise I did not got a any correspondent. SonI rung to the office and chap explained your ID number is the confirmation that we received your application.
I asked him how long it will take to process. He said for nationals, the time is 10-15 days.
My mind was processing different information (in case of emergency what will happen) so I said it’s oh it’s “ridiculous’’. The chap starting a go at me that I am abusive towards system.
And calls are recorded. But I was completely in conversational manners.
But the operator took that wrong.
I tried to tell him in the case of emergency how can I wait that much long. Than he explained in a case of emergency you need to call at this number and provide certain documents.
Than my call cut off for some reason.
As I was going to somewhere. I asked my husband to ring and confirm what the process of urgent visa and status of my son’s application.
When he called in the office they told him that your wife was abused us and we reported her to FDA.
We were surprised what sort of abuse I given to them.
I ring them back and the same person attended my call and deny me to revel his name.
I asked him what abusive words I used and he said “ ridiculous” is an abusive word.
But in British conversation ridiculous is a natural expression of conversation.
It’s normal to say ridiculous weather” even in polite manners we can use this word.
But the adviser was determined to make me feel sorry and apologetic towards my behaviour. (Which was completely fine and conversational).
He was reminded me that calls are recorded, which was sound of satisfaction for me that I have some thing to proof that I am not wrong.
If he has no sense of high level of vocabulary it’s not my fault.
I asked him several time to provide me information about the complain he made so I can put my Voss’s of view too.
But he change the topic.
Also asked his name. Which he again changed the topic.

Also he made me aware that all office is listening my conversation at the moment (data protection act they are not allowed to do that , unless there is a complaint and they have to listen the recording with a manager). So I said oh you are making fun of me. He had no answer. He was completely enjoying the situation.
It was about 12 o’clock so left the call and gone downstairs for my breakfast and left phone upstairs.
Same number try to call me which I realise late.
Now I tried them several time to call back, they intentionally dropping my call. He also blamed me that I have speaking loud and fast. Which is normal in British society to talk fast and rapidly.
We British spend thousands to visit Pakistan in a live of our homeland. But we treated like this.
Bradford Jerry service was the best place where Pakistani staff provided excellent services.
This online system is a joke! (Now joke is conversational device not an abusive word).

I think the operator has some issue with British peoples. As other people also complaining that there is an advisor who provide wrong information or make things complicated with his attitude.

This is unacceptable behaviour of a customer service.
There should be a training about Empathy at workforce. You can’t be judgemental at workforce. People come from different backgrounds and situations. Customer service should be trained to handle every situation with non judgmental behaviour.
I also said to that same person that I will take this issue at social media. As it’s not me who has to suffer because of some one’s else wrong judgment. There are several victims of this kind of bully.
Really put me off to go Pakistan now. But I have no other way as my mother is not well and looking forward me to see my kids too.
It’s been approx five years my kids not visited my parents.
Specially now my mother is struggling in health we are in a stress to see them ASAP.
I demand an enquiry in regards of this disrespectful, judgmental, personal behaviour!
I am also willing to go court to proof I didn’t used an abusive language. It was his wrong judgment which make situation intense.

Brilliant service of renewal NICOP, hassle free, easy and quick. Having send documents via WhatsApp makes it super convenient and swift. Wish other departments of Pakistan make similar progress. Ameen

1stly let be clear they are not the…

1stly let be clear they are not the NADRA but the authorized profilers of Nadra and provide this service to avoid the hassle from the embassy. So their charges are obviously not the same as if you apply directly with NADRA or in embassy. However, this extra £100 is totally worth it considering it will avoid you travelling all the way to embassy and then spending the half, if not the full, day there. I would definitely save much more money by saving my day in doing something productive at my workplace. Moreover, the service is top notch. I processed it on 9th November for my newborn (whole process through WhatsApp) and got the card delivered at my doorstep on 15th November. Can't think of a better service. Weldone guys and keep going strong.

Very very disappointed with the…

Very very disappointed with the service. My family member applied and was not updated at all waited over 4 weeks and had to chase up themselves to the point where we had to call Pakistan from the uk to find out an update. Caused a lot of stress and hassle for the entire family

Very very very disappointed

Very very very disappointed, been a month applied for nenewal paid £175 urgent fee but still no updates. The no im given to call Pakistan non answers….. the no on the web site i try non answers that. Plz think 100 times before wasting your money

Amazing service got my nadra card way…

Amazing service got my nadra card way before the actual date that was given did everything through WhatsApp in the comfort of my own home wouldn’t recommend enough the price was spot on for the service and the communication would definitely pay that again to all the staff thank you would of been months of me waiting for an appointment at the office if it wasn’t for this service so thank you once again :)

Nadra WhatsApp UK Service

AssalamAlaikum.
Due to the Nadra WhatsApp UK Service, my application for a NICOP is probably the easiest application I have ever completed. The staff on the other end were always polite and helpful. So, without hesitation, I would give them a five star rating.
Mention had been made earlier in the reviews about the price differential between here and Pakistan. My opinion is that it is correct to expect residents in the UK to pay more.
Why we need to have an ID card, on top of our Pakistani passport, is something I don't understand, however, and is probably a subject that requires a different forum.

Everything was straight forward and…

Everything was straight forward and done through whatsapp. The response from the team on whatsapp was always instant. Instructions were clear and easy and I received my card through DHL very very quick! Excellent service, thank you to the Nadra team.

Excellent Online Premium Service

Very good service. Received card within given time period by fast service. Paid little bit extra, but satisfied from service. Rather then I waste my time in consulate lines & parking issue. Just got all service comfort of my home. Nadra service staff is very co-operative and efficient. 24 hour online service. Thank you Nadra Service. Highly recommended.

I have paid 175 pounds 40000 rupees…

I have paid 175 pounds 40000 rupees just for CORRECTION in Nadra card. My brother and sister have paid 100 rupees same day service. The only difference that I am overseas Pakistani . Please can you remove overseas Word and replace with Overseas Aliens. We are paying heavy price to remain Pakistani .

We would like to clear you please don't comparison the overseas card price with Pakistan local people Nadra card price. As in this card processing DHL delivery charges to UK , admin charges & online service charges included. Also by getting this card you are getting dual nationality. So can travel to Pakistan without visa. And your card will be valid for 7 to 10 years. While each visa cost is £60 to £70. So you can imagine your benefit and how much you are saving by getting this card. So its our humble request, please remove your this review, as it is not related with us, As we helped you so you should appreciate us, And if you have any complain regarding fee, please get any official portal where it will be worthy, here its just disturbing our premium service repute.

I am very happy with this service

I am very happy with this service, I used this service 2 years ago via whatapp for the first time and it was excellent, again I have used it for my second child and ( Mr M Waqas ) has been very helpful and has guided me throughout, it's fast and easy and paperless and no ques to wait as u would do at the Pakistani embassy .
