I have to say I was very pleasantly surprised. I found out about the online service quite by chance. And then I also discovered the WhatsApp service which I used. The service was efficient, quick and the person dealing with me was polite and everything was done on time. In fact I got my NADRA Card before the time specified. Excellent work! The only thing that was not so great was that the information about not being able to renew passport with modifications was not given to me. So I have to go to the Consulate to renew my passport. I would suggest that this information be provided to the person before Processing is started. However, considering how good the rest of the service was and particularly the person dealing with me apologised for the passport issue, I'm still giving 5 stars. This is definitely a great service for overseas Pakistanis and makes their life very easy.

Got 3 NICOP cards renewed for myself and my parents. Muhammad Waqas did an efficient job at it and I am very contented with their service. I applied for my son's overseas nadra card online but it was a scam website not a government official website then i got nadra office ph number and i message them for information they told me, that online website is scam then i reapplied for the card the person was dealing me on the phone was so helpful they provided me right information and guided me through out the process, within three weeks i got my son's card thank you so much.

Do not use this website if you need a nadra card urgent use the pak.gov website as they charge £61 for express processing this website is a rip off and is using peoples unfortunate situations to make money. Hina isnt in UK she is a scam her self based in Pakistan, when confronted they blocked my online chat and whts app. Then why did you block me ur facilitating jack all. Ur competitors must be scammers like u
