Do not use this company. They are a scam. You have to complete your application yourself and you have to make a payment yourself. I ended up paying this company £55 for the slow service fee, thinking that was the application fee and then paid NICOP fee again as the application on the app could not proceed until I paid again.
This company should be stopped.

SCAM WEBSITE, took £100 pound for passport renewal and than I waited 8 weeks, afterwards demanded another £55.
Do not trust them they are a scam.

100% Scam!! Don’t send your money otherwise you will be waiting and they are gonna block you.

This is a SCAM website, they took the nadra fee pretending to be Nadra direct, giving me the option to pay normal or executive fee. They took the money upfront, I told them I already submitted the application on NADRA app, Zeeshan still told me to pay him via Taptap or remitly, even thoughhe knew I had already submitted the application. Then told me to pay Nadra again at the end. They are FRAUDSTERS. Please avoid.

I am sharing my experience to warn others.

I recently applied for NICOP renewal and was contacted via WhatsApp, apparently through details linked to the NADRA Solutions website. During this process, I received a phone call and was instructed to pay £55 to Ahsan Butt, Bank Islam Malaysia, and was specifically asked to make the payment via Remitly.

After making the payment as instructed, they have completely stopped responding. My WhatsApp messages and phone calls are now ignored, and there has been no service provided and no explanation.

This experience has caused significant stress and financial loss. I have screenshots and full evidence of conversations, payment confirmation, and call details, which I am happy to share if required.

I strongly advise others to avoid this service until NADRA Solutions clearly explains this situation and takes responsibility. Moving forward, I intend to escalate this matter to consumer protection bodies and media platforms, including the BBC, to prevent others from being affected.

Please be extremely cautious.

Excellent very helpful very fast service

Extremely rude person I spoke to named M Waqas. Lied to me over the phone asked me to pay 50 pounds and I will do the rest. Every time I ask him to call me he gives different time. And rudely tells me that’s it’s my responsibility to follow up on him. On asking to please let me speak to manager he blatently said manager is not available.also refused to help or give me refund. I am bitterly disappointed. Not recommended.

There are only 15 reviews and I strongly believe these reviews to be fake. They take your money 💰 without submitting of your application,
They will ask you to make payment and make you believe they from nadra, you will credit the money believing application has been submitted but in reality they will try to submit your application after you make a payment if you are happen to be that lucky one. Nadra has mentioned these people on its website as scanners, you can check nadra pakistan government website which locates and clearly states these people being scamners

.check with pakistan consulate the consulate will tell you these people are con artists and they have nothing to do with nadra

It is a fraud organisation that is functioning from whatsapp, please be aware these have nothing to do with nadra pakistan 🇵🇰, these are scammers who are out there conning innocent people, be aware be wise
