My wig was gonna take longer than…

My wig was gonna take longer than expected customer service reached out to me to let me know and helped me change my order so that it could be delivered faster I really appreciate customer service for doing that.

I'm utterly disappointed in this…

I'm utterly disappointed in this company. Placed my order on 12/12... it finally came yesterday. Guess what, it's nothing like what I ordered & paid for. What I ordered was a reddish-brown wig. I received a short black wig and a long curly black wig. I think what makes me upset is that they didn't care. They had my money. You will receive what we send you. Deal with it. first they wanted to give me 10.00 bck and i can keep the wigs. I do not recommend this company.

In addition, we also included an extra short bob wig at no charge as a goodwill gesture, hoping to compensate for the inconvenience caused by the delay.

That said, we sincerely apologize that the substitute items did not match your expectations and that this change was not communicated clearly in advance. This was never our intention, and we truly regret the frustration it caused.

I never received my hair

I never received my hair, I put in a dispute, they are still billing me working thru sezzel, wanting a refund and I am still being charge. I have emailed the shipper gofo and NADULA HAIR and sezzel and I am not happy at all. you're getting pd for something I didn't get. just give me my money back

IM GONNA REPORT YOU TO BBB. I WISH I HAD READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE I ORDER THIS. A BIG SHAM OF SCAMS.

Quick turn around response

Quick turn around response. I've ordered product as a gift for someone for Christmas. It was a huge hit. Plan on ordering from Nadula again. Fast delivery and good quality. Will upload a picture soon when it gets used.
The "phantom order" issue was honestly caused by PayPal and they didn't seem that interested in my problem. Even though, it was their system that was trying to charge me for an order, that never got fully completed. However, I'm glad the support team for Nadula worked so fast and efficiently.

Return and Replacement process

I purchased 2 wigs from Nadula,one of the wigs was beautiful.Unfortunately the other wig didnt meet my expectations and my Nadula account didnt have an option for return and replace just yet,so i contacted Nadula customer services to initiate a return and replace process. The customer service agents i interacted with (James,Lily and Rosie) were exceptionally helpful ,they guided me all thru the return process and once the return was complete, they started the replacement process which went pretty quickly ,I felt heard and seen.I have to mention their quick response and action exceeded my expectations and I will be purchasing more wigs from Nadula.Good job guys and keep it up,I appreciate

I have ordered from them 3 times and…

I have ordered from them 3 times and EVERY SINGLE TIME. They email a week later and say they don’t have my order. It’s actually really annoying. If you don’t have something then take it off the website.

With regards to your reply, it is a complete and total LIE. You DID NOT deliver all my items to me. I ordered 4 wigs. I mentioned that I was willing to wait for my orders however long it took as I was in no rush to receive them. And you only sent 1 good one and 1 really bad wig that looked NOTHING like the photo on the website. Please stop spreading lies.

These people are very unprofessional

These people are very unprofessional. This experience with them will change from today, and never will I buy from them ever again. ordered number NM831557836424222191Date:15/11/2025. Till this day, i have not received the hair. FedEx has told me the package was lost in transit. Contacted Nadula, letting them know and requesting a refund, but they don't want to refund my money or send a replacement. Emails back and forth and still they haven't done anything about my money. They are giving lies, stories, stories and I'm sick of it. Just don't buy from this company, they don't deserve to have your money.
