I have ordered from the NTN a fair few times and very recently made my biggest order yet. I get nervous about spending so much money on one item, but knew I needed a decent extractor for when salons are allowed to reopen so took the plunge. Danni, the owner of NTN was incredible. She put me at ease and helped me with all the different options of the extractor. Nothing is too much trouble. Customer service has always been 10/10 and I will continue to order from the NTN whenever I need supplies. It really is a one-stop-shop for everything you could need! 100% recommended

Excellent choice and variety of products.
They are always super quick to answer any queries.
Deliveries arrive promptly and well packaged
The after care is also second to none.
I had a problem with a desk lamp and the owner replied to my messages.
Phoned me and arranged a replacement which arrived in less than a week.
In my opinion a very professionally ran service with excellent customer service skills.
