Really easy website to use, products packaged with care. Really loved the little card inside with who packed / picked the order. Great delivery options and really good prices.

I ordered lots of items on 13/01/23 and still have not received my items, I followed it up and was told that it was my fault because my door number was not on the address section for the label, however upon screen shotting and sending proof that my address is on there, I am still waiting :(

There was a problem with the delivery but the wonderful staff at Naio nail tracked down my parcel and kindly refunded the postage charge Well Done 👏 Naio nail

Products are lovely. Have used the website/products before. The only downside is the cost of postage which is misleading. Despite the postal cost appearing when you place your order, when you go to checkout the price rises and is expensive. I ended up paying £5.99 for next day delivery and didn't receive the the parcel until the day after e.t.a.

Excellent service as before very fast delivery very impressive for an islanders postage! Always packaged lovely no breaks or leaks from anything! Will be happy to purchase again anytime. I am a nail tec for a salon and have worked with loads od different brands and this is by far my favourite brand to use I use this only on myself and friends and family hopefully one day will have my own salon and I will be only using this brand!!!
