Naionails 

I was sent acrylic polish but I am pretty sure it has been used & returned then sent out to myself. It is so thick & gloopy & doesn't look to be a full bottle. I could return it as long as I postage, unfair considering they sent me an unusable item.

Ordered from here, product arrived faulty and despite photographic evidence of it being in wrapping and not used they refused to take any accountability and said it was not negligence on their part. Paid £20 for something unable to use and customer service is horrendous, dismissive and unprofessional. Seems from other reviews customer service is awful so buy at your own risk! Would not recommend site and will be sticking to Kiara Sky products.

I have been ordering from Naio for over ten years and the service is as impeccable as always. Ordered at 7pm Saturday and it was delivered at 8am. Picked by Debbie and packed by Victoria and all superbly, no spills, everything cushioned well and packed fantastic. Great looking products and I just know they’re always the best quality. Can always rely on Naio for amazing service and products. I’ve tried many other brands and I don’t know why I bother! Nothing matches Naio for price and performance.

I've recently got into doing my own acrylics, so I got one of the starter kits. Everything is great quality and all I had to add to use it, was a dappen dish, brush and nail forms/tips. The kit was packaged really well and delivery arrived the next day; very pleased! Many thanks.

I placed an order and straight away asked to hold it as I had a couple of more items to add only to be informed they don't have access to emails at home, do we not live in the 21st century where everyone has access to phones an tablets, customer care appalling just informed me that it had been posted guess they don't need the business from small companies.

Gel polish consistency is thick and sticky making it hard to apply and getting good coverage without making the nails look chunky. Told I can’t return them because I have opened them all even tho they are not used. obviously I opened them all to check the consistency. Gels in the bin waste of £100 won’t buy again

Absolutely perfect I only ordered my parcel on Friday and it’s now Sunday and it’s arrived ! I am super pleased wow ! Thankyou so much I couldn’t believe howquickly it arrived ! You are one amazing person honestly your videos have inspired me and helped me a lot ! You should be super proud of how many people you have helped , I find things hard to take in but you make Me want to learn thankyou !!!! I couldn’t reccommend you enough and I’ll be buying off naio nails for the rest of my life !!!!!!x

Worst customer service ever. I purchased something on December, it was shipped out in January after Brexit. There was no advice on the website to let people know that the customs was to be dealt with by the customer. So I ended up paying more for the customs and shipment than for the real product, and when asking them for advice, they just said "we can't help you". Will never buy again with them and you should avoid to do so aswell

Late delivery, paid a fiver for next day and they refuse to refund the postage. Customer service is awful.

I really liked the company and products but after this experience I won’t be ordering again.

How do I start these product are so amazing I can't actually explain how good they are I absolutely adore them and as a nail tech have used many product in my time but the don't compare to naio nails you paying for your quality and the price is worth every penny since I moved to naios I won't change only wish the had more varority of colours the urban graffiti are amazing and on a bonus side the fastest delivery iv ever had ordered before midnight and was here the very next day😍😍😍😍

Ordered 3 weeks ago! No sign of delivery, never gave me a tracking number, trying to get through to them in many different ways- email, phone and even Instagram where they are constantly putting photos on but refuse to open my message? Absolutely do not care about their customers at all!! Worst company I’ve ever dealt with do not order

Purchased some nail stamping plates and a stamper. Cut my fingers on the plate as they are that sharp on the edges. Cant handle them without cutting yourself. Spoke with customer services for them to say send them back but that the ones in their warehouse werent sharp (so am I lying I wonder) send them a photo but to not acknowledge it just send them back but then to remind me they have to be unused and undamaged for resale!!! And that I would need to foot the bill to return them. Pointless comment saying send them back then really. Reported these to trading standards. The stamper also is rubbish, was told by customer services I could use them with gel polish, nope you cant, it just makes the design messy, all prep was done before hand but only thing I found to work was nail varnish but the pigments dont work well over gel polish like gel polish over gel polish does so useless, also takes longer to scrub off the plate there again resulting in more cut fingers. Received a detailing brush in my order too which came away from the handle when removing the plastic bristle cover, did get a refund on that but defo disappointed with naio this time around, only purchased due to YouTube channel but have found better quality products elsewhere in the uk that dont even charge postage! Bonus. Left reviews on Naio website but none have ever been published and very little products have reviews on??!!

Great products, I love them. Only downside is the cost of postage. You have to spend a lot to get this free, so I tend to not order as regular as the postage bumps the price up to much :(

Products are ok for the most part but the customer service for online orders sucks!

They seem all good until they send you an off bottle of gel polish , blame it on the glitter even though the brush has gone funny too . Refuse to refund you even though you sent photo's without you spending as much as the polish costs on postage even though it's their fault and tell you thanks all sarcastic

Great products and fast affordable shipping. Just wish you got more acrylic powder for the money. 12g is £5,75 and often there is no option to order a larger tub of your fave coloured acrylics. Also wish there were more sales. But overall one of my favourite companies to order my coloured acrylics from due to the lovely quality.

Honestly I am well impressed. My order came withing 3 days, the price was reasonable all items including liquids were sealed in a bags so nothing was able to leak or move around. Absolutely great.

I ordered my first set of acrylic powders from them and i have been ordering more and more ever since and i love all the products from them.
I started off watching the youtube videos and then decided to invest in to the products which i love.
Responsibly priced and amazing products and acrylic colours.
I would highly recommend them.
