Now I have tried all the products and I'm over the moon grateful that naio offers such high-quality products for us without a nail tech-certificate. I placed my 2nd order just 1 workday ago and it's arriving in 1 workday!

Never got my stuff or a refund
Never got my parcel. nevermind a refund. It is out there with someone and I paid for it. Naio nails keeps insisting the delivery company has delivered when I have video proof noone even approached my street let alone leave the parcel. Don't bother ordering from them since you will be paying for something you will never receive.

Nice products, good prices and excellent service.
If I should put my finger on anything, it would be, that it is not possible to add to your order, if you forget anything, as the office and where they ship form is not the same place.
But maybe I will remember everything next time because of having to pay for 2 packages that arrived on the same day :)
