I have the classic chef knife and paring knife. The are both very sharp and work excellent! The cut through food so smooth and easy. I would highly recommend! They are also beautiful knives. Customer service is awesome and quick to respond if you have any issues.

I didn’t realize when I ordered one as a gift I was getting another one free but I am sure glad I did. It’s definitely my favorite knife now. It’s super lightweight and sharp. Definitely recommend this chef knife to anyone who cooks!

Lightweight with a good grip. I like when a knife is not overly heavy or too lightweight that it feels cheap. I’ve been using the classic chef’s set primarily for meat cuts, fruits and veggies and the weight of them as I use them is perfect, not too heavy not too light. It is incredible how smooth they cut through anything and how beautiful they are to look at. Their shape and length is just right, even for my small hands and the design on them is also beautiful.
