I've been waiting for 19 days already while I've payed €15 for Express shipping.

I've been waiting for my package since April 21th. I haven't got any sending information and when I checked my account my package still wasn't proceeded. I reached out to them myself and they told me an item was sold out and that they would fix it with giving me another color which was ok for me. I've got a new order mail but after another week I still haven't received any sending information and my "new" order is still not proceeded.

Iff I didn't reached out to them myself I didn't knew anything and actually I still don't. Where is my package?

I love Nalaia's products

I love Nalaia's products! They didn't miss a thing when they choose the design and the materials. The quality of the backpacks is very good, I take them with me when I travel or when I go hiking.

And what I like the most is the deck chair. I love to read when I go on the beach and the deck chair made it even more comfortable.

Thank you Nalaia and I definitely recommend you to try out their products! 🧡
