Terrible!

Got the pax3 and paid for express delivery (1-3 working days) but NEVER received the product! One week later it is still at customs! Poor customer service. Don't recommend to anyone!

Good products standard good service

Brought a new solid valve kit for my volcano in one order came within a reasonable time.
Then purchased a Volcano wear and tear kit once I had received my first order and saw everything was legit(they ship from Australia not within new zealand as stated but you still get a tracking number for auspost) .
Then made the big purchase off them of a storz & bickel mighty vaporizer I am very happy with the purchase/s and have just ordered mflb orbiter off them for use on the mighty . I am happy with the service provided I find you get a quicker response from the namastevape info email then the website chat or messagebox

Mixed review

Hi Namaste

I'm really pleased with my Vaporizer however I did experience some poor customer service which I would like to advise you off.
I ordered on a Friday and Monday was a public holiday so I was expecting it would take a few days however I chatted to a representative on the following Friday when I hadn't received my order and I was told I would get a call back to let me know what was happening. Later on in the afternoon I hadn't got a phone call so I called the number on the website and left a voicemail. Your website states you can call between 10am - 10pm but I still didn't receive a call back that night.

Monday came and I chatted with the same person again who advised me I would be getting my delivery that day which I was happy with however when I asked why no one had called me back on the Friday, all they said was sorry for the delay in your delivery.
I felt like this wasn't really an answer to my question and if they had just let me know on the Friday what was happening I would have been pleased. Overall I was disappointed with the lack of communication and service I received.
Your products are great but I just wanted to give honest feedback about the rest of the experience I had.

They are for real and shipped from New Zealand

Order with confidence people after reading a few reviews saying they are a scam I was a little worried and wasn't sure if it was coming from another country but anyway I order this .

Poor delivery, MEH service, good product.

The testimonials talk of 1 day delivery, my item wasn't stocked locally so it was never going to be on time, they had the wrong email so no emails. Had to call and get the tracking number. The support peeps did what they could ... which was only to repeatedly say sorry. Took a negative facebook posting to get management involved, then all he could say was 'sorry' and then NOT call me back with an update. As a professional IT support person it was obvious that their processes, training and information on the front line was lacking/ not coordinated. Order took 7 days to be delivered, bought an expensive vape unit and got a 'free grinding card' .... woop, woop. Apology and something more substantial would off been nice seeing as I missed taking a birthday present to the party !!!
At this stage I have low expectations as they can talk the talk but walking proved difficult.

Great product, great price, great service.

Namaste is easily the best online store I've used for herb related products. It has an easy and functional layout that helped me a lot chosing the correct product, the range and brand representation was amazing as well; I didn't feel like I was having my choice limited by location and shipping.
Ordered over a long weekend and was kept up to date every step of the delivery process. Arrived in perfect condition.
Will be recommending Namaste to anyone looking for a similar product.

Better late than never!

Delivery took longer than the promised 3-5 days, customer service was not clued up enough to tell me what was causing the delays, received my long awaited product eventually after 9 days.
