Concern Regarding Domain and Hosting Suspension

About six months ago, I purchased a .ai domain for $180 with the goal of developing an AI-powered ID scanner. The website content fully complied with Namecheap’s Terms of Service. However, despite this, my domain was suspended and later hijacked.

It has now been two months since I began trying to communicate with Namecheap support, but I haven’t received any meaningful assistance. I was informed that they would not return my domain. In addition, my hosting server, which I had paid for two years in advance, was also suspended without clear explanation.

A colleague of mine mentioned that this has happened to others — where Namecheap allegedly suspends domains after owners invest in quality backlinks, only to later list those domains as “premium” after expiration and auction them off.

I’m sharing my experience to ask if this issue has happened to others as well. It seems that many users might not speak up or write reviews because doing so doesn’t always lead to a resolution.

Would you like me to make this version sound more formal (for a legal complaint) or more conversational (for a public post/review)?

(I HAVE WEB. ARCHIVE SCREENSIRT s=dat before they suspend my oremium domain). I talked to a lawer and he is filing a lawsuit against Namecheak, asking for 2million$ in damages for harassment.

Honest Review

I know there are so many hosting companies and there are popular ones which I think they became popular because of there affiliate programs. But trust me, I love Namecheap. Both their Domain registration and Hosting services, they are cool. Always uptime, excellent customer service and cheap pricing plans. Don't fall for all this popular ones; try Namecheap.
