i’ve been absolutely in love with this brand for years now. the quality of their products is always incredible. i have never had an issue with delivery. i live in the united states and they still manage to deliver quickly! i cant wait to see where this brand goes in the future 💕

such an amazing hoodie!! came really quickly and i literally did happy jumps when i put it on. so so comfy and the detailing and quality is INSANE. if you can secure the lock in prices i definitely would but even full price is absolutely worth it. shopping here again !!

I had an issue where the zip broke on my hoodie. I contacted customer service and they delt with my complaint right away with no issues and no push back. They were apologetic and very polite. I would 100% come back and use the services again.

it arrived quickly, in a week. the quality is really good and they even gave me plus shiny stones if they fall down from the pants and i also got some stickers, i really love it. it’s very expensive tho, maybe it’s not worth it for some ppl but i think i’ll order more of their stuff

I made an order and also I could change one product afterwards easily. They reached out immediately and offered me a solution. I’m a huge fan of their brand for a few years now but just recently bought some named products for the first time.

they were responsive and prompt with their help and advice and i truly felt that it was too late to cancel and i had to keep a duplicate of my other order but they understood my pleas perfectly and were helpful!

Ordered the red and black barbed set. 10/10 so comfortable. Has some issues with shipping but the team handled it very quickly and were lovely to talk to. Will be ordering again soon <3

Quality control has gone downhill. Explains why they are able to come out with new drops every week. Some of the items I’ve purchased literally say “made in china” super disappointed with the price point they continue to push.
