fr one of my favourite brands, such amazing designs and really cool community. it is on the more expensive side but it’s worth it for the quality and care that goes into every piece. really inclusive sizes too. i’m a fan 4 life

Their quality has gone downhill over the years and their prices have stayed high. Their costumer service is GARBAGE and they never address complaints. If anyone comments under their posts raising a concern, it gets delete in minutes. They're a crappy brand now with fast fashion clothes.

i really, truly hate to be this person as i’ve ordered from this brand for 6 years now, but the quality has genuinely deteriorated so much. i feel like comments about quality control are being deleted on other platforms so i wanted to come here. i have witnessed the downfall of this brand, from £65-80 hoodies to £120 now, for less cotton? i just don’t understand how the prices could go up so much and yet the quality fails. i’ve seen so many people have issues with named recently and no response from named, from stained clothing to jogger fleece practically disintegrating off after second wear. i had an issue where i ordered something ten minutes after it dropped on pre order, two weeks later i had to reach out as i had no notifications of the parcel being dispatched etc, just to get told they can’t send me it because they don’t have one in stock. it was in stock for at least a day after i ordered and the fact I had to reach out first left a sour taste in my mouth. they also said swapping it for an item of the same value was an ‘apology’… it’s legal minimum? i managed to push for 10% off next purchase but it was a hassle. i genuinely just think they need to make a post about the concerns their buyers are having otherwise they’ll lose out on a lot of money/custom, they need to take advice off their community if they truly love us so much. idk how a brand who was the absolute best at one point has fallen like this :(

I bought two tracksuit sets totalling £450, one with rhinestones and the other being the new Angel wing set from their latest drop. I had wanted to buy from them for such a long time and finally had the money to do so and I am extremely happy!

Delivery:The parcel came next working day with no delivery issues at all. (Via DPD- who use all electric vehicles in my area which shows NAMED is sustainable and eco friendly- even down to the courier)

Quality: They are both very thick quality material and incredibly soft inside. They are very comfy, and the designs are absolutely beautiful and even the rhinestones were of good quality as they shine so much in the light unlike some brands who use cheap plastic ones that go foggy or don’t reflect the light. Another important point is their packaging, it was cardboard box, paper, and recyclable cornstarch bags, all eco friendly and it was refreshing to see considering so many companies still use plastic,

Problems: I found the waist size on the pants is perfect but the legs are a tad too long if you wore normal shoes but I wear chunky platforms most of the time anyway, plus they have drawstrings on the pant legs so you can tighten them so they don’t drag on the floor. Second problem was that my rhinestone set didn’t have the drawstrings on the pant legs at all.

Customer service: I contacted customer service about the missing drawstrings, they emailed me back in less than half an hour, we conversed back and to and each time they replied in as little as 5 minutes. They were very apologetic and offered me either a replacement or partial refund so I accepted the refund as it was such a minor issue and their customer support were so quick at resolving it for me.

Overall a very positive experience and worth the money, mistakes happen, and they resolved my problem with zero hesitation.

I got two seperate order. First order got a fallen series cream hoodie. Amazing quality. So soft and thick. I ordered it again but in black- shit quality. Thin, barely soft. Idk what happened. I got an off the shoulder sweater too- same thing. Thin and awful.

Amazing customer service and always delivered super quick. The quality and comfort is just unmatched, I be wearing NAMED every single day. Automatic confidence boost the minute you dress. Honestly I can’t get enough, 50% of my wardrobe is NAMED and the quality has never dropped from my first piece, right through to my most recent purchases. 1000/10 always <3 <3

my order came within a couple days, and i LOVE the fact the bags are made out of 100% cornstarch, that is such a good idea! not only that, their clothes are the COMFIEST, im not over exaggerating it, it is comfy ASF. i definitely will be buying more off them!!

My sister and I have loads of tracksuits, these are the best tracksuits they are warm comfy and I get so many compliments in public! I love this brand and highly recommend them!!!

The shipping was so fast the hoodie is amazing altought i read that before it was made 100%cotton now its not but its better for the planet its a great move to help the earth i got so many compliments from my friend i love it

I now have the Thorn and Crash righnestone hoodies from Named and I brought the Fallen Faux one for my sister literally the day after. And when I tell you it is the nicest fit on a hoodie I've ever f×ckin had. Y'all are amazing, wish you had more 3x in EVERYTHING. Chubby guys need drip too 🤘

This is my first time ordering with Named and I haven’t even gotten my order yet as i only just ordered half an hour ago but I accidentally ordered the wrong size and emailed asking if i could possibly change it.

10 minutes later I received a notification that my cart updated and 5 more minutes I had an email confirming it was all good.

The team was super accommodating and Im already really happy, I look forward to getting my order :)

The vibes and quality has never disappointed me and i have ordered over 8 pieces and love them still. Though if you are normally a XS girl in tops, I suggest you to stick to the smallest sizes. They make their slim models wear XL pants and hoodies. I promise you that it will be too baggy for day to day wear. Was my only disappointment in half of my tops and winter jacket, but if it happens then it is worth getting the clothes sown to your size, I personally dont plan on selling anything and will keep it forever.

Just got my 4th set from Named and I love them all soo much, never had any issues with the quality, it always looks amazing and holds up even after wearing it loads. Will definitely be buying more in the future <3
