Doesn't work on Ipad (Safari), took me forever to do it (I had to switch on my laptop), then nobody was available, I had to wait and try 3 times ...
It is not acceptable when you are at work, it has to be seamless ! No time for that endless process, sorry about it

In a world of burocratization, when we find what/who can acctualy help us (instead of blocking) looks like “wow” but its only the basics. So Namirial is the “wow thanks god i found someone who can really help me Yay”

Excellent system
I had some trouble getting the visual confirmation completed. Mostly because of complications with my dual citizenship. However, I got there. I've dealt with US, Mexican, and Portuguese immigration systems; Italy has the easiest, most straightforward system by far.
