The process was unclear and time consuming
The process was unclear, time consuming, confusing and the video verification didn’t work. After trying multiple times and eventually on another day having success, the next part of the messy process began and again technical and UX roadblocks. I am not even clear if it all worked after at least two hours trying to set it up.

I think the service should be free. The activated certified email address is not working because an Italian tax code is required and you did not have one at the time of activation. You calculated it online and for this reason your certified email activation has been suspended.
Verification with camera doesn't work
Verification step with camera is very awful and it only reject.

In any case, the camera test is local to your device. You must authorise the permissions requested by the browser, and we recommend using a smartphone rather than a PC.

I was on holidays with only apple phone and I-pad. There was no chance at all to open the signed transferred paper. We had to sent to same one with computer/ windows and airdrop it

The remote Signature verification…
The remote Signature verification process is broken. SMS confirmation messages never received to multiple numbers (not in spam either.) Your video verification system asks for information which is not shown correctly to the verifier, causing the verifier to fail the process. I use Docusign which is EU certified and accepted worldwide, but not by Notary in Italy.
