You are the weakest on the Romanian market!

Because it takes a century to respond to customer requests.
Because the responses belong to robots. One last example: I requested the invoice for the payment made on January 31st and today, February 2nd, they still haven't sent it to me! And on foot, if they had sent it to me, it would have been enough!!!

Very bad experience. Repeately

Namirial website is a clumsy piece, is far from being user-friendly and - NEWS! - their support phone number is no longer in use.
My digital signature expired, so i bought a new one and now i have to change the device PIN, re-confirm it with ANAF (another 5 -year old-like ''website). I got lost in Namirial's procedures. I attempted the PIN change for many many times across 3 weeks - errors, no matter how i configured the PIN.
Things here are disconnected, pretty much like the ANAF style - one piece here one piece there, nobody to walk you through it.
Plus - Namirial is agreed by BT and was highly recommended. My experience cannot really be higher than 1 one star - from functionality, website logic, layout and ergonomics. And no, it does not look like a professional service, no matter how patient and resilient a user would be. Extremely disappointing and frustrating.

Namirial making fun of customers

I bought from them just being disinformed that I can renew and in fact they replaced with a new device. The unexpected replacement was evidently sent to a unexpected address.

The program is not complicated, but support is totally missing, the AI Diana doesn.t understand anything, just says ”I.m sorry... can i help you with something else?”
