Great experience

Great experience. From the beginning until the end. I needed the signature fast and safe, the operator was helpful, the indications were very clear. Keep up with the good job!

Poor customer support

I used this company for digital signature tokens and, overall, the product itself works as expected. The setup was relatively straightforward and once everything was installed, the token performed reliably for signing documents.

Unfortunately, the customer support is very poorly organized. It is extremely difficult to reach someone by phone, and response times are slow when assistance is needed. Even more disappointing, although I followed their instructions to open a ticket and send an email requesting a change of delivery address, the token was still shipped to the wrong address. I then had to sort out the situation myself to make sure it eventually reached me. This caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience. When I called to explain the situation and asked if they could help resolve it, I was told, “that’s how it is, you have to handle it on your own.” This response was unprofessional and not what I would expect from a company providing a paid service.

Because of the lack of efficient and reliable support, I will not be renewing my subscription once it expires. The service itself is decent, but the support experience significantly lowers the overall value.

We contacted them for Identity Video…

We contacted them for Identity Video Management solutions - via their website and they are not responding.
We called to a number posted on website, no one is responding... From our perspective this is unprofessional and does not represent well the Namirial company.
We're hoping by after this review someone will proceed to contact us for a discussion.

the customer support was wrong on many…

the customer support was wrong on many topics and the some answers took months to come back and it came back in in 3 different languages sometimes. basically no customer support and no help. i wasted two months getting an answer witch was wrong. the biggest mistake was trusting them. If you find someone else to do what they don't do, don't hesitate to hire them
