Ordered a SCOOTER, charged for a SCOOTER told my SCOOTER was on the way and got a BACKPACK instead!!!

I ordered goods NINE MONTHS AGO and it still hasn't arrived. they probably didn't even send him. I applied for a refund, but the company is still making excuses. How can I report them to the relevant organs? Their actions are in conflict with legal regulations. They should have consequences.

Tell everyone to stop buying from these webstores.

Don’t ever buy from nani shop. It’s been 4 months and haven’t received the product I ordered for 150$ and it said it was delivered but never got delivered the tracking number shows a different name and address and this website is a SCAM!!! Don’t ever buy from these people.

What I thought I was buying and what I received were not even closely related. SLN Holdings has HUNDREDS of different names they go by; "JELLY STORES", "NANI STORES", "CHARM SECTION", "Decoration Zone", "Cherry Zone", Blush Blooms", Daily Glamor", "Interesting Soul" - the list is endless. This is a FRAUD Chinese seller pretending to be in America. They steal photos from real artists and send you 50 cents worth of junk instead. STAY AWAY.

I never ever write reviews but this company is a JOKE. Ordered over a month ago, no tracking information still. Sent multiple emails and messages to their instagramming and no response. I have been in touch with other people with similar issues saying the products are counterfeits. I believe they order off a third party and drop ship, this is why they don't provide tracking numbers. I have now reported them to trading standards and would urge anyone else to. PLEASE DO NOT BUY! Have also reported to my bank as fraud, seems the only way to get your money back.

I ordered the sparkle trainers & was told 4 weeks delivery - it took over 5 months to arrive & they ignored all requests to cancel the order.
Cindy & Mary are the customer service names, Marcus is the 'disputes' name they use to fob you off with stock excuses - "higher than normal volumes of orders" / "it's stuck at customs, let us push it through for you" / "please wait a while longer while we chase this up" etc...but...IT'S A SCAM!!!
They told me I could have a refund so I posted via tracked mail to the address they gave only to have it sent back 4 months later, wasting more money and yep - still no refund!
This has been going on now for 11 months since I ordered and I'm still no further forward. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

D@mn scam. Chinese crap. Takes time, product is so bad, refund never shows up. It's been 9!!!! Months. First shipping 2-3months, paid toll, shoes lookes like crap and crooked, got ok to refund and sent them in parcel paid by my own money.
Over 6months and no refund. Cindy is most of the tume but got someone called Mary who almost had a nice tone.

Avoid and If you make the mistake to order from this awful company DO NOT send the product back. If you haven't recieved item contact paypal right away!!!!!

I bought the stupid looking silver runners. It took 3 months to get them. They looked awful so I sent them back and requested a refund. They have had them back in China for 7 weeks and they keep coming up with an excuse on “please be patient so I can work this out with my supervisor” I have seriously had enough. It’s always Cindy that gets back to me! Biggest scammers that rip people off. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING AS THEY WILL JUST TAKE YOUR MONEY

Just like everyone else, if I could give 0 stars, I would. Email battles arguing over what I was advertised as compared to what I actually recieved. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS JUNK STORE. PERIOD!!!! Refusing to refund. I ordered the sparkle shoes and the soles are already detached from the shoe itself not to mention they look NOTHING like the photo and wouldn't even fit a toddler. DO NOT DO IT

I wish I had checked this before purchasing but I got thrown off by the fake positive reviews on the website.

They took almost 4 MONTHS so ship me garbage shoes that weren’t even the correct size. Way too small!

Refused to refund me or cancel my order after I REPEATEDLY ASKED THEM TO.

DO NOT ORDER THE STAN LEE STATUE. THE PICTURE THEY USE IS FROM AN ARTIST NOT ASSOCIATED WITH THE STORE WHICH IS FRAUD AND DO A KNOCK OFF OF THE PICTURE WHICH WHEN IT ARRIVES DOES NOT LOOK LIKE THE ITEM ADVERTISED IT ALSO ARRIVED BENT, WARPED, MISSING PIECES, FALLING APART..........POS STATUE

They are despicable .... I have been in a dispute with since August and have just had PayPal find in my favour after 5 previous finding in favour for this company ...I would not let it go and the best advice i can give anyone so you get your money back is use PayPal but and i stress but always take a photo of the product when it arrives if you have already ordered something through them and when returning it send it back via registered post and always take a photo of the parcel with the consignment note attached to it and the receipt .... Do not give up because that's what pay pal and this low life company want .... oh and the bling shoes is what i nearly got stung over were a absolute pile of crap that a 5 year old child could of made better !!!!

Absolutely terrible! I ordered the Stan Lee commemorative statue on July 5. I got a confirmation email and about a day later I received the tracking information. By the middle of August, the tracking information said expired, but I did not have the item. When I contacted them it took 3 weeks for them to tell me there was a problem with customs and they issued a new tracking number. When I finally received it, it was in pieces. When I contacted them with pictures, I was told "Violence during shipping is expected", and there is nothing they can do for me. Going to call PayPal tomorrow to see if they will help. NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!

I ordered around early june and my order was confirmed around that month. it said to wait 3-4 weeks. it was late july when i contacted them and the tracking number they gave me didnt work, they replied back a week later and told me there was a mistake in my order and it will be processed and confirmed they gave me a new tracking number. which worked yes it still took longer than 3 weeks, but my item was damaged. I got the Stan Lee memorial statue and the whole flat surface was sunk in. His chair was sunk in and the shield fell off because it cant stand straight due to it being crushed. The material feels cheap and everything is falling off very easily. i wish i could give this a lower rating than 1 star. It looks like they just threw everything.

Buyer beware. Took 3 months to receive my merchandise. It was not packaged in a box so obviously it was damaged during shipping. It had parts missing and was poorly made. Tried to work with th company and they said I got what I ordered. Wish I would've checked here first. Now to contact PayPal, hopefully I'll have better luck with them.

I would write a review, but everything that I would say has already been said 111 times.
