I saw on facebook,it looked legitimate,the wording was in English language no clue to give as foreign country,like others they gave 2 tracking#s that never worked,when i emailed the response they got more orders than supply! lot of excuses back and forth in bad grammar and language!! i than realized it was not American company.it took 2 mos to receive the sparkle sneakers that dont look as advertised.plus they didnt fit! these are not US sizes as it claims in advertisement! so i told them its false ad and was told "i got what i ordered"! they did not offer refund or exchange.yes Asian company,i contact ed pay pal,who got resolution for them to refund me $44.94 ,only problem now is that they want it sent back to Vietnam and PO said $68-73 ship cost!! thats more than the product and its worth, i will be losing money dealing overseas,i would NOT have purchased these had i known its from Asian territory,they seem to always cheat and sneaky and no customer satisfaction just GREED.CHEATS this company came out falsely and now took their website down! SCAMMERS Nedi stores, i never had online issues b4,mostly US companies i order frm and thought this was one also.they did not show foreign address on FB .DO NOT order these sparkle sneakers ,we need to send a message,will not tolerate these foreign companies deceitfulness.FB needs to check these complaints and get them off fB,people are losing money under false contents.I want my Full refund, they shld pay the whole shipping/tax,i didnt get what they offered.PLEASE DONT BUY ASIAN PRODUCTS NEDI STORES or whatever fake name they using,FIGHT BACK!!!

Have waited 5 months for my order and I get the same reply every time I ask for a refund. “There was a problem with the shipping and it will arrive shortly”. NEVER order from this website it is a complete joke. I feel so bad for people that have also ordered from this website

The worst place to order from. What they show you on the website is something nice & what you get after waiting 4 mos for garbage. And if you try to get your money back they won't give you your money back. And you have to pay for the shipping to return the item back to the company another $50. GARBAGE GARBAGE GARBAGE GARBAGE!!!!!

Garbage STORE!!!! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING!!!! Story is the same as everybody elses, paid for shoes had to wait 4 mouths and didn't look like what was ordered. Tried to get refund but got excuses and China address and no refund.AGAIN DON'T BUY IT'S A SCAM!!!!!

I ordered glitter sneakers women adult size 8.5 US on June 20th 2019. By August 2019 i emailed them asking where my shoes are and they said the demand was higher than supply (not my problem as they should have stopped selling them if they didnt have enough... common sense) so i would have to wait. Being that I am nice waited until mid september where I then requested my money back TWICE by email... the email that THEY SAID to contact for issues and refund. I recieved NO REPLY! I paid $48 total for these shoes and waited until TODAY October 7th 2019 to get them in the mail. I just opened them now and I go to put them on and the shoe IS NOT a women's 8.5. I cant even get my foot into them. The site said WOMEN size not kids size. So I go back to the website to look up the listing and what do you know... the shoes are not even on their site anymore. So now I am going to see if they fit my youngest daughter since she is the only one who MIGHT be able to wear them. I am so angry and never in my life have I had this AWFUL of an experience with an online store. No more business from me!

Do not buy from this company. I ordered a pair of Diamonte trainers in a UK size 5, what I got did not resemble them at all – they measured a UK 3, had stuck on diamanté strips that were coming off and it took 10 weeks for delivery, awful things! On complaining, all I got was the same email over and over again. What you get it’s not what you ordered so please, do not buy anything from them, you are throwing your money away, you’d be better off giving it to charity!

Bad experience. This company is an ripoff. I order shoes size 9.5 US and they sent me shoes 2 sizes smaller. I am so heated and mad. They didn’t even offer to exchange or give me my money back.
People please do not do business with them. They are not worth it.

Beware, ordered shoes from a doctored advert, arrived looking nothing like the advert 2 sizes too small.

I sent them back to the address on the packaging then they sent an address in China to send them back to.

Contacted PayPal who found in the sellers favour as I could send them back to China. Duh I had already sent them back to the return address on the packaging.

No shoes (even though they were rubbish) I paid over £4.00 to send them back recorded delivery and another £43 poorer , don't be conned like me

I will NEVER EVER purchase anything from this company again!!! These companies overseas take unfair advantage of US consumers/customers and don't deserve our business. They have the absolute worst customer service of any company I have dealt with in my entire life!!! I purchased a item from them on July 31, 2019. Two months later I still had not received what I ordered and when I inquired about my purchase through their customer service email all they did was send me some incoherent form emails that never addressed my concerns or answered my questions. Finally on Sept 9 I sent an email requesting that they cancel my order and refund my money. From that date to this I have heard nothing further from them. I have contacted them through their dispute link on PayPal. If I don't hear back from then in 24 hours i will proceed with the next steps to get a refund of my money. DON'T EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!!!

I bought these shoes look nothing like the pictuer 40.00!! For shoes that look and feel like cheap 5.00 so upset never buying from this store they dont sell what they advertise dont buy from this place

This company is not worth a star. It took four months for me to get a pair of tennis shoes. They are horrible. They are made of some really hard bad material and are nothing like the beautiful shoes advertised. The shoes are not wearable. They feel like walking on cardboard. I contacted the attorney general's office, the BBB, and the FBI. DO NOT give them your money.

I ordered these shoes for my daughters birthday on June 27,2019 and I received the shoe September 12th, 2019 after I filed a complaint with paypal. I ordered shoe size 9 and 71/2 both shoes was to small. After waiting almost 2 1/2 months for both pair of shoes. A return or refund would probably that 3 more months. What a lost. Don't order with this company.

It's a SCAM!! Please don't buy anything from these people. I ordered a gift for my husband, but never received it! I contacted them several times; at first it was just useless promises with tracking numbers that never worked! But then, once it was obvious that my order (the memorable statue of Stan Lee) never existed in the first place, they stopped answering my emails. I haven't received my money back yet, and I doubt I will. I also found out that they changed the name of their store several times to take advantage of naive people like me. All their promises turned out to be lies. I'm so upset because I was looking forward to surprise my husband with an awesome gift for his birthday. I feel terrible about how I let these people take advantage of me while they were just stealing my money.

They say they are REEBOKS they are not I placed my order June the 25th didn't get my duck ed up $2.00 shoes until Sept. They get NO STARS THE SITE IS A TOTAL RIP OFF

Ordered sandals back the first week of July. Never received them and no reply to emails...please do not order with these thief’s. This was the first thing I have bought myself in months thinking I would gift myself and they ripped me off

If I could give a zero stars I would! What a joke.. after many months .. I finally received the sneakers and guess what they’re nothing like pictured .. ridiculous shoes.. i’m still fighting with PayPal to get my money back ...

This store is a total SCAM. I purchased shoes from this store on 8/1/2019 and it is now 9/12/2019 and I still have not received my order or a response from the email that I sent. PAYPAL should be a shame to continue business with this company knowing that consumers are being taken advantage of. I am not going to stop until this SCAM of a so called company is forced to shut down. I also will be reporting Nani as well as PayPal to the Better Business Bureau. It is totally unbelievable this company is still in operation. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS STORE. A TOTAL SCAM. Someone from this store needs to contact me IMMEDIATELY. The owners of this joke of a store needs to be located and held accountable for thief. I advocate that they are arrested for FRAUD. We all need to stand together until this store is no longer. PLEASE SPREAD THE WORD. REACH OUT TO THE SOCIAL MEDIA SITES AND COMPLAIN THAT THEY ARE allowing Nani to advertise and they are total thieves.
