I am so upset. I ordered a beautiful pair of shoes that took two months to get here. I told them I have a delivery service that will end soon. But they reassured me that I would get my order in time. My order showed up the day I told them that my service would end . SMH Not to mention they gave me the wrong tracking number, and I did not get the right one until the last minute. Now the shoes are going back to china. If I ordered again I would not see these shoes until Thanksgiving. I am not happy. And there is no phone number to call anyone. The number given is not the one that works.

Granted, The communication with this company is terrible! However, In there defense, I think they received more orders for the month of June than expected. I also placed my order on June 22, and I finally received my order on August 6, WOW!!! That's a long wait! I also had a tracking number that went from pending to expired! But, The shoes are gorgeous! Note: They DO run small! About a half size too small. Other than that, They were worth the wait....
Would I order from them again? Yes! But now I know not to be surprised if I don't receive my package for at least 1 to 2 months!

I ordered some shoes on 6/27 almost 2 months ago and paid extra for shipping and handling, never received. Order # 24314, do not order from this company it's a scam, my tracking number shows expired.

I have purchased white sparkling tennis shoes.
My order never came in over a month. They are a SCAM.

They steal your money.
No way to contact them.

I ordered Sparkling Bling Shoes 23 June 2019. I got a track nr and the money went immediately of from my bank. I got a Track nr, which does not even work. I was told via email numerous times by Cindy, to give more days waiting. I feel this is a scam as they do not even put their surname or company contact nrs. I want my money back or the exact shoes ASAP. I am in South Africa and this is ridiculous.

I order Bling Sparkle White Sneakers on June 22, 2019. I've emailed the company 3 times. No response. I was given tracking number SF6143000152961, it was saying PENDING now it says EXPIRED. I did pay through PayPal. I disputed the transactions. PayPal says it would take 10 days. Its Crazy that companies do this. I feel that Facebook should bear some responsibility considering they're advertising these FAKE store. Paying consumers have to deal with this false advertisement and being scammed. The dispute with PayPal was done 8/10/2019 so we will see what happens.

I would give 0 stars if it would let me. Just like everyone else stated, it's a scam. Ordered the sparkly shoes on 6/25/19. They pulled the money from my account immediately. The tracking number they provided says expired. I've e-mailed them multiple times and keep getting told to be patient the shoes are coming. I don't believe it. I dont understand how they can get away with continuing to do this to people! I wish I would have read reviews before ordering!!

STAY AWAY! Wish I'd read here first. I ordered & paid over a month ago and have tried to contact them numerous times, but receive no reply. My tracking number kept saying 'pending', yesterday 'expired'. I'm not feeling hopeful of ever receiving my order or any contact from them now they have my money. Will change my review if i ever receive it. Do not buy from this store.

My review is just like everyone else. I ordered the sparkly white gym shoes on 6/22/19. I emailed them and got a response from Cindy saying to be patient and wait more days. I paid through PayPal, so I create a dispute, but PayPal asked that I talk to the seller first and see if I can resolve on my own. Well I sent a message along with the tracking email they sent and a screenshot of the shoes to the seller.Cindy responded again with a sob story saying that they have over 30 thousand purchases and it is taking longer to make the shoes since they are stoned by hand. So I responded to her and said well that's not my busy that the company oversold a product that they can't produce and I no longer want the item and to refund. I told them they had until 8/12/19 to refund me or I am going to report them to PayPal. (PayPal's deadline to file a complaint was 8/13/19) Cindy responded again and said that my shoes was shipped and to wait a few more days. Since, my deadline is 8/13/19 to file the dispute and if PayPal haven't heard from me by then, they would close the account and I can never open another one. So I went ahead and filed the dispute. this is what PayPal sent me:

P.O 27751 from June 25, 2019. Found this store on FB and have spoken to someone once. They say China will send it and there is no number for China. Funny thing is there is no charge for the total I was invoiced; which was 44.94, but there was a close charge on the very next day (for 45.73). Hard for any bank to track due to the amount different and all it says is "PayPal" as the payment. So, if you shop a lot like me, I am not going to win this battle, but maybe save others from this money crazy scheme. This is scam and it is a scam that is hard to prove. I have emailed them three times (including today) and I never get a response. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE HEFFERS!!!! Tracking SF6143000561378 is expired, but before that it was invalid.. SMH

Anything you order will not be sent to you and they just take your money laughing in your face!!

Ordered June 21st. Got an email stating they forgot to send me a tracking number. Tracking number sent did not exist. Contacted customer service Cindy responds that they are working to resolve, and have contacted the distributor to expedite shipping. Several emails later, o requested a full refund, for Cindy to reply you should have cancel 24 hours after you ordered and to read the refund party. It is August 7th still no product. Contacted my bank to report fraudulently activity. Do not I repeat do not order from them.

My review is the same as all others. I never received my package and every time I contact them I get the same result in a email to give it a few days. It's a scam and I wish I read the reviews before I ordered. I will also contact BBB and my bank.

They don’t even deserve ONE Star because this company is a FRAUD! I ordered an item on June 22, 2019 and STILL haven’t received it. I have sent multiple emails and the replies have all been to say that they apologize for the delay in receiving my item but that they are resolving the issue, please wait a few more days. This is just like ALL the other reviews on here. I have now received an email stating my item is on its way but I’ll believe it when I have it in my hands. Do NOT buy from them!

I tried ordering from Nani Stores an my experience was horrible they accept your money an Never send you a product. You cant speak to anyone you can talk to them thru e mail once they receive your money they send you a confirmation number that say Pending after a week the tracking number say Expired! They keep telling you Oh we're waiting on the distributor to contact us an then well contact you my package never show up it was over a month still no package they advertise things they cant send to you !!! CAUTION !!!! Do not order from them I was able to get a refund back thru my credit card company ! When I asked Grace an Cindy for a refund they stated my package had been shipped !! Do Not Do Bussiness with this company

I ordered an item 06/23/2019, today is 08/06/2019 and I have yet to receive my item!! I have emailed them 5 times maybe 7, requesting a refund. They will not refund my money they stated in each reply email to please wait a few more days, lol. The few more days has turned into a month and a half. Im reporting them to BBB, I'm posting my review on facebook and contacting my bank to try and get my money back. I hope everyone read these reviews before dealing with this comany(NANI STORES) THEY ARE A SCAM!!! DO NOT ORDER!!!
