All perfect! The staff was kind and the process was very quick and easy. I left my luggage there for 11 days. The location is ideal and you can take the bus shuttle to go from or to the airport.

Our experience with Nannybag was awful
Our experience with Nannybag was awful. We booked 2 bag storage for one day in Bergen (19/5/26) and when we got to the place, this shop was completely empty. We asked in a nearby restaurant and they told us that it had closed. I called the number provided in the confirmation email and nobody picked up, went to voicemail, I sent an email to the help centre email and nobody has replied. I don't understand how if the shop has closed, you are still able to book anything with them.

Terrible experience in Paris.
I am not at all happy with the place at the address: 14 Rue Beauregard 75002 Paris. At the appointed time the place was locked, after I called on the phone a woman appeared who introduced herself as Olga and at first really annoyed me by refusing to take our luggage, since there was no electricity in the neighborhood. After I raised my voice she took our luggage and locked it completely unguarded behind a glass door on the street.

Great service and honest staff
We stored two backpacks at the Nuts shop in Catania/Sicily. The entire storing and fetching process was very easy and safe as I was used to by Nannybag Luggage Storage. In particular I’m impressed by the honesty and the conduct of the staff at the Nuts Shop in Catania: It turned out that I lost an item at the shop without knowing. The day after I received an email from the shop via Bounce storage network support that they had found my item. I was very grateful for that and I can fully recommend Nannybag, Bounce and the Nuts shop in Catania under every aspect.
