So convenient - coincidence I was stating in the same hotel. A short side trip with EasyJet meant I had to reduce my baggage. I’ve used Nannybag before so knew it would be just what I needed!

The guy at the reception was so kind…
The guy at the reception was so kind and polite. He let us leave the luggage earlier and take it earlier than the reservation’s time slots. I needed my phone charger, so I came back and he unlocked the storage and let me take it without any issues.
The location is perfect - just next to main metro stations, 3 min walk from the Louvre. I felt safe leaving our stuff there.

2 suitcases stolen from so called “secured” restaurant
Left my suitcases in a restaurant near gare de bercy. They took my suitcases downstairs, I supposed it was secure. When I came back my 2 suitcases were not there. I had appletag but the police couldnt do anything even they had the video of a guy going downstairs and stealing the 2 suitcases. No security. no insurance either just a “protection". You better have every item of your suitcases itemized with receipts and make pictures but best to avoid any 3rd party company like them. total scam.

The address was not the same as the one…
The address was not the same as the one listed on the website. The address on the website just had another QR code leading to another address which was very confusing and frustrating to locate. When i finally got to the storage room, I told the lady/ staff present who was present at the kiosk that they needed to be transparent on the website about having different addresses and that the kiosk wasn’t easy to find, she rudely told me to it wasn’t their fault and I could cancel my booking.

The service is worthless. I bought storage at heraklion bus terminal. When i got there i was told that nannbag is in the middle of the city. Beware this service. I lost money for nithing!!!

Hassle-free and very useful

Such a great service. With an early checkout but an evening train the Nannybag luggage storage meant we could fully enjoy our last day in Paris unencumbered by suitcases. Drop off and collection was quick and easy. Our particular drop-off (a hotel) was super hospitable offering water and restroom facilities before we set off for our final sightseeing.
