Wasn’t sure about this store, but they delivered
Wasn’t sure about this store due to the reviews here on Trustpilot and finding a 20 inch Cube bike at EUR 150 cheaper than at a local bike shop.
I ordered the bike on Saturday and it arrived on Wednesday. You have to put together a few parts, but I‘ve never done that before and it was easy.
I highly recommend Nanobike!

The best CUBE dealer I've been lucky enough to find. The most supportive team I've ever met. Extremely fast delivery. I ordered parts for my bike twice (CUBE Attention SL 2022), which I couldn't find anywhere.

Extreme long delivery time...
Last year I ordered a Specialized bike from them for 0% loan. Somehow delivery was loaded on a wrong truck, and I received the bike much later then the promised delivery time. No goodwill, no sorry (Not expecting anyway too much from a German company) Anyway I liked the bike, but almost after a year it got stolen, so I thought I buy the same bike again from them for 0% loan.
This time there was no loan. Customer service said that probably the bike is discounted (it wasn't, it was the same price as a year before), or maybe I still have outstanding loan (I don't have, I paid back everything months ago). Ok, I was like whatevs', I really need a bike to commute, so I paid at once. They promised 3-7 working day delivery time. After a week they wrote me an email that the delivery is only possible one and a half month later. (Not offering a goodwill or saying sorry). Since I really needed a bike for commuting I immediately cancelled the order.
Oh, the price would've been around 500€ from a returning customer. Well this customer will never return. Danke schön.
