Hvis man bestiller hos dem og de laver noget forkert man ikke har bestilt, kan man enten vælge mellem selv at køre ned igen og hente den rigtige ret man havde bestilt eller at få et værdibevis og spise noget man ikke kan spise.
De giver ikke en undskyldning men beskylder tværtimod en for at lyve.
