SCAM COMPANY !!! They take your curtains, rug, cushions and deposit and dont return them. Also trading under the name London Curtain Cleaners. Avoid at all costs. Also please sue/ claim via the courts

I would not recommend this company. Martin took my deposit and then stopped corresponding. I was then promised my deposit back but so far, months later, it has not been paid back. I had to get blinds from another company and I am now taking legal proceedings to get my deposit back.

Blinds taken 2 months ago and haven't been returned. Not answering calls or emails. This is a scam.

I have now reported this company to my bank and the police. I wish I had seen the previous warnings on this website before engaging with them. They came to collect my curtains and I paid the deposit for the work to start. Having not heard back from them, I started ringing and sending emails. No success.

Following my bank contacting the Nataro's bank, I was contacted by Nataro, telling me that they will do the repair and deliver my curtains. They have now delivered back my curtains yesterday evening. The repair is good, but I wish I never engaged with that company.

Initially, I had a good experience. Martin turned up and was responsive. However, it's now been 6 months and despite repeated attempts to get my deposit back (and my fabric), I have neither. I gave him the benefit of the doubt when he provided initial reasons for not being able to work. But now I've given up, so have decided to warn others against using this company. It's such a shame to have to write this about a small business I wanted to support.

Paid Simon/Martin in good faith for work. Took the money and never did the work or repaid the money. When you call the company to speak to him, he pretends to be someone else. This man is nothing but a thief.

Unfortunately I can't recommend this business at all, despite Martin being very pleasant in person. He is totally out of his depth, trying to present his business as much larger than it is, when in truth he is a one-man band. Even allowing for this, his communication speed is appalling. It took so long for him to respond as to when he was returning my blinds I had to assume they'd been stolen. He only got in touch when my bank contacted his bank to retrieve my payment and they froze his account. I then got my blinds back, wrinkled and terribly hung - they're still wonky but I'll get someone else to sort them out. Martin needs to find another line of work I'm afraid...

Martin from Nataro collected my fabric and deposit to make a roman blind in July 2024. I have been trying to contact them since then. They do not reply to phone calls or messages. I went to their listed address at Hogarth Road but it is a derelict building. Does anyone have a verified address?

Super fast and very competitive quote. Quick availability to do the work and work completed in timelines given. Also received good advice on options open to me for the repair. All in all a first rate service at a very reasonable price from Martin.

My linens sheer blinds were dirty and water marked from rain. Nataro came to my house, took down the blinds and cleaned them as if new. There was some damage at the bottom of two blinds from general wear and tear over the years. Nataro repaired these, checking with me first and because it took longer they didn't charge for the service. They re-fitted the blinds and they look amazing, clean, fresh, white, beautiful. I then gave them another large sheer blind which was beautiful cleaned, again looks like new, collected, dismantled and refitted in 24 hours.
Great service all around. I wont hesitate to use them again.

I recently had some work to undertaken by Nataro and was delighted with the level of service. First of all, I was concerned that my small job might not be worth their time - I had a Roman blind that needed remounting on a new rail and the chain moved from one side to another. Natoro were absolutely charming about it. The slightly odd request was no problem at all. The price they charged was very fair and they even collected and delivered! Highly recommend.

Blinds cleaned, taken down and put back up for a reasonable price. Thank you.

Avoid at all costs. I am left speechless by their behaviour and unscrupulous attitude.

Contrary to other reviews my own experience was great. Nataro turned the work round very quickly (new blinds; cleaning and re-cording current) and their prices are very good value. My contact Martin was a delight. My tenant (I’m a landlord) was also very impressed.
I did need to follow up a few times, but overall the work was done faster than I had expected and great result.

Please do not use this company they are thieves. They came to my house took my blinds supposedly to clean them but for 5 months have been trying to get them back. I and the police have visited their premises which is a house, this is not a legitimate company.
