Excellent service from Samantha and Rowan at Nathaniel Cars Swansea

I had a really positive experience with Nathaniel Cars Swansea from start to finish. The whole process was smooth, professional, and much less stressful than I expected.

A special thank you to Samantha and Rowan, who were both absolutely excellent throughout. They were friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and made sure everything was explained clearly. Nothing felt rushed, and they both went out of their way to make the experience easy and enjoyable.

It’s rare to come across staff who are both genuinely welcoming and highly professional, but Samantha and Rowan were exactly that. Their customer service really stood out and made a big difference.

I’d definitely recommend Nathaniel Cars Swansea to anyone looking for a great car-buying experience.

Good service by Rowan and able to negitoate and come to an agreement with him. Despite the warrenty he was able to get his manager to get it signed. Loving the MG4 bought from Nathernal.

We bought our car from here on recommendation of son in law, and because of this he was meant to receive £100 in the refer a friend scheme. It's been 3 months now and he's had no contact from them although all his details were given at time of purchase.

Went browsing for an upgrade today at Nathaniel’s Swansea branch, having bought a new MG from the Bridgend branch 3 years ago. Walked away very excited after ordering a new MG. Our sales advisor Luke Thomas (budding new member of the Nathaniel team, although in the business for a while) was absolutely fantastic! Such a personable & friendly individual, who explained everything clearly & precisely, making the process so straightforward. Went to look at MG4zs in Swansea when we arrived I was asked about what type of car we are looking for petrol and automatic we were told what section to look at by Mathew then left to look around at out own leisure.when we found the car Mathew showed us around and explained all about the car once we were happy we went for a test drive that was a Sunday very happy with the car then put a deposit on it and picked it up on the Saturday. We were greeted by Sam who check with the car, he then said we would have to bring it back the following week as it had to have anew windshield as there was a small chip in this cars screen which I didn’t notice. Had the new windshield done today absolutely more than happy with the (service)we had from the receptionist to Mathew, Sam, Brandon, and the lad that showed us the all abut the dashboard etc. one last thing we tried 2 other MG dealerships and all they wanted to do was sell us products and 1 dealership which was 4 hours away was even going to charge us for putting petrol in the car So thank you to everyone at Nathaniel Car Swansea many that’s Kenny

Recently purchased an MG4 from Swansea dealership, from going into the showroom to collecting the car 1 week later the service was exceptional, friendly yet professional service from Brandon Evans the Sales Executive he explained everything especially discounts deposits and costing in an open clear concise manner.
Manager Sam Thomas also provided excellent service in the absence of Brandon and continued with sales process not delaying anything at all.
Sam was professional and a very supportive manager both face to face and on the telephone always available to take our call.
Thank you also to Lewis Smith who dealt with our questions listening and acknowledging our concerns in a polite professional manner and suggesting solutions for us.

Went with my mum to buy a new car and we both had a great experience with the whole team there. Really nice salesman, gave plenty of time for questions etc! Was given a very good price for my mum's car and then given a cup of latte whilst we waited for the admin work to be completed. All in all, was a very pleasant experience.
