Bought our MG car from Nathaniel car sales Swansea, with no pushing but all the information we needed to make the choice. Justin Davies was brilliant guiding us along the decision-making process & we are very pleased with our MG HS. Would recommend them to anyone considering an MG; thank you Justin.

I reserved the car through the Nathaniel website, and it was transferred to my local branch within a couple of days.

I was then introduced to Justin, who I can honestly say is one of the most pleasant and professional sales person I’ve dealt with. There was absolutely no pressure from him, he answered all of my questions, and I genuinely felt that he went the extra mile to get the car checked over and ready so I could collect it before i returned to work.

The whole experience was straightforward and stress-free from start to finish.

Went in this morning to take a look at the mg hs the staff were amazing thank you to the lady who spoke to us first she was brilliant arranged a test drive immediately even though i didn't have a booking then speaking to justin all I can say is wow what an amazing person was so informative and very happy to help and accommodate and throughout the experience there was zero pressure to get the car did end up going ahead and ordering the car and justin again incredible was lovely and was happy to make jokes and keep everything light hearted all in all the team we're awesome in there as a motability customer sometimes it can be overwhelming going to show rooms but justin and the team couldn't have been any nicer so thank you so much!!

I just bought a MG HS as a replacement car at first very skeptical in buying MG and in a dealer shop . But I was wrong it lead to a wonderful experience hassle free and a very outstanding service along the way. Thanks to Chris who guided all the way offered us a nice deal with a good car along the way , Im glad that have made this decision and skip on my worries about MG I definitely recommending this dealer and mostly Chris Marland from Swansea Nathaniel definitely the guy would sort your stress in finding your next vehicle . I'm very happy that I'd purchased my MG ev vehicle from Nathaniel, Swansea. Lewis, the salesman, was very professional and helpful. This was our second MG Ev. That one, which I'd had for over 4 years covered nearly 80,000 faultless miles. For any ev sceptics out there let me reassure you about the battery life, it was the same as it was in the beginning i.e a predicted range of 240 miles!
Must also mention the Swansea service department team, managed by Nick. They have provided helpful advice and backup. Recently, I thought we had an issue but it turned out to be nothing to do with the car and was caused by a faulty charging cable (not supplied by MG). The service team went the extra mile to help and provided a courtesy car while they investigated things. Very grateful for their help and assistance. Buy MG, and you'll have a great car and faultless backup from Nathaniel staff.

Shocking service from sales team was in there for over 20 minutes no one came.over asked a few questions one line answers I was looking for another mobility car as mine up this year you had members of staff sitting around one your woman sitting blowing her nose coughing she shouldn't have been there passing her germs to others I have a really bad lung condition no immune system can pick up the slightest of things rate your team 0 customer service 0 went to Toyota and Renault went in offered a hot drink talk me through the car couldn't do enough there were others in you mg swansea branch that didn't get shown around and walked out too

A very good experience dealing with the sales team when buying my new MG ZS Hybrid+. A very professional environment which resulted in a great customer experience. Would thoroughly recommend.

A special thank you to Samantha and Rowan, who were both absolutely excellent throughout. They were friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and made sure everything was explained clearly. Nothing felt rushed, and they both went out of their way to make the experience easy and enjoyable.

It’s rare to come across staff who are both genuinely welcoming and highly professional, but Samantha and Rowan were exactly that. Their customer service really stood out and made a big difference.

We bought our car from here on recommendation of son in law, and because of this he was meant to receive £100 in the refer a friend scheme. It's been 3 months now and he's had no contact from them although all his details were given at time of purchase.

Went browsing for an upgrade today at Nathaniel’s Swansea branch, having bought a new MG from the Bridgend branch 3 years ago. Walked away very excited after ordering a new MG. Our sales advisor Luke Thomas (budding new member of the Nathaniel team, although in the business for a while) was absolutely fantastic! Such a personable & friendly individual, who explained everything clearly & precisely, making the process so straightforward. Went to look at MG4zs in Swansea when we arrived I was asked about what type of car we are looking for petrol and automatic we were told what section to look at by Mathew then left to look around at out own leisure.when we found the car Mathew showed us around and explained all about the car once we were happy we went for a test drive that was a Sunday very happy with the car then put a deposit on it and picked it up on the Saturday. We were greeted by Sam who check with the car, he then said we would have to bring it back the following week as it had to have anew windshield as there was a small chip in this cars screen which I didn’t notice. Had the new windshield done today absolutely more than happy with the (service)we had from the receptionist to Mathew, Sam, Brandon, and the lad that showed us the all abut the dashboard etc. one last thing we tried 2 other MG dealerships and all they wanted to do was sell us products and 1 dealership which was 4 hours away was even going to charge us for putting petrol in the car So thank you to everyone at Nathaniel Car Swansea many that’s Kenny
