They had some products that appeared in stock. I ordered them and 3 weeks later when I asked where are my products just cancelled my order and that is that. I see they still have available something similar ( or at least appear online ) but they did not offer to replace with another product. So if you need something, do Not count on them
The website is in Danish. I placed an order, paid, and was charged. I received a confirmation email. Then I received a cancellation notice in Romanian, and it's been a month since I received my refund. I'm going to contact the special police.
As others say, scam shop. Placed an order on 1st Feb. Checked today on progress, apparently I received a refund. No refund has been given.

I ordered a coffee machine 2 months ago from naticake. They cant deliver the order, and they said, will refund the money. This was a month ago, and there is no response to my e-mail either.
I ordered 4 weeks ago but never received anything. I contacted the company via their listed email but didn’t receive any answer. I don’t understand how they are allowed to advertise their site in Italy, but they are based according to their webpage in Romania! No phone number listed! This is a fake company ! How this is allowed in EU?!
